I received an Applebee’s gift card for Thanksgiving. I loved everything about the service I received. I used the carside to go service. The food and the service were great. I totally loved everything. I would like the option to order broccoli in my chicken and pasta dish, which is one of my favorite dishes. I have included pictures of everything that I ordered. To me their breadsticks are the best OMG.

We waited 40 minutes until our appetizers arrived, which the spinach dip was awful. Then both of our meals came out burnt. The manager was unconcerned and need more hospitality training.

If I could leave a 0 I would. Absolutely the worst out of all the Applebee’s. We never was served after sitting 1hour and 40mins the waitress was only taking care of one table at a time.They had only 3 servers on a busy Saturday. Customer service was absolutely the worse and never saw a manager on site. We had to leave and go to top dawg who got us in soon as we arrived and they were busier and short of staff as well, but gave great customer service. You guys need to really train your front house staff to have good customer service skills because that’s highly important running a restaurant customer service brings customers back not run them off. It’s sad you guys would rather loss all that money then work on getting great employee instead of hiring people we no customer service experience. Worse experience!!! What’s sad I love Applebee’s but due to customer service I have to go elsewhere. It’s like they apply for these positions but don’t have the skills to make the money!!

This is definitely the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. We came for my childs birthday with 8 guests. We waited 70 minutes before leaving from how bad the service was. We only ever received one appetizer for our party and a salad for two members of our party after 60 minutes of waiting, one which requested no cucumbers due to an allergy. Even after witnessing the waitress write it down and repeat it back to us, she later had an attitude and claimed he never said that. We never received refills on our drinks; we never received any entrees.

I can understand if this was a busy night, but there were at most 10-15 tables filled the entire night. Parties who arrived after us left before us.

Any attempt to get our waitress attention was casually brushed off. Not to mention the manager was just chilling in the front on their phone.

I’ve had issues similar to this in the past after living here my whole life and this place has never changed. I would never recommend this specific Applebees to anyone. If anyone should want some, I would tell them it is worth the extra gas to go to Washington Rd, or pick something else, but never choose this establishment.

I was in the middle of a 5 hour drive home and needed to use the bathroom and eat. Then I saw it. The majestic Applebee’s sign shining like a lighthouse bringing me home. I basically pulled into my parking spot on two wheels and ran inside. Sat at the bar and the bartender asked me how I was doing. I told her I was happy to see her and without missing a beat, she told me she was happy to see me to! Bathroom was super clean. Three cheese chicken penne was so good that I think it deserved a Michelin star, or maybe I was just hungry. Applebee’s, you were there for me in my darkest hour and I love you.

Our waitress DeShauna was very good to us Here at this Applebee’s in Augusta, Georgia on Winter Spring Road the service was great. The food was awesome. I had really don’t have any complaints about them overall nine out of 10.

Not a busy store and people are turned away… sat here for 25min now, pick up time was 7:33 and got here 10 min early… and they haven’t fired the order… I would not recommend eating here..

Overall the FOOD was OKAY but NOTHING TO WRITE HOME AND BRAG ABOUT! Unless your the kinda person that likes to PLAY OPPOSITE TEMPS With Your Food whereas your Mashed potatoes are Cold but your Iced Sweet Tea is Warm kinda GAMES. I didnt wanna punish my server for the Cooks in the Back of the house especially when I used to work at Applebee’s when I was in my 20s as well….. BUT unfortunately MY SERVER (LGBT) Fella had amnesia for some reason. He just KEPT FORGETTING STUFF and my Bill STILL SEEMS WRONG TOO but neverminding that part, lets still tip him $10 at least because he was TRYING TO HANG IN THERE and he seemed overwhelmed I said. The Best Part about this visit was thw Convenient Parking Space In My Opinion. I ordered 3 of the 2 for $25 deals that were supposed to be accompanied by 3 Appetizers and 6 Entrees with 6 Glasses of Sweet Teas and I still paid $125 and some change but on what I don’t know. The wait time was 35 mins or so even the lied and told us it’d be 20mins so honestly we were ALMOST READY TO GO BY THE TIME WE FINALLY MADE IT TO THE TABLE TO SIT DOWN WE WERE PRETTY TIRED AND JUST ABOUT READY TO GO AND STILL HAD ANOTHER 30 MINS WAIT AFTER TAKING OUR ORDER BUT WE SURVIVED IT! I just really wasn’t Happy with the way that the food was so mediocre and Hot foods were served COLD!!! Even my SIZZLER SERVING SET UP that I ordered WAS DEAD WITH 0 SIZZLE JUST BARELY EVEN WARMED AND ITS ACTUALLY DESIGNED TO FRY AND SIZZLE UPON DELIVERY!!!! THE SERVER TRIED TO KNOCK THE SHRIMP AND ONIONS ETC OFF THE TOP OF MY Chicken in hopes of SNEAKING IN A FAKE FORCED SIZZLING NOISE and IT STILL FAILED. I THINK THE FACT THAT I USED TO WORK AT APPLEBEE’S REALLY MADE THE SERVER TOO COMFORTABLE AND IT MADE ME PAY TOO MUCH ATTENTION TO ALL OF THE FAILS AND COVER UP ATTEMPTS.

The only reason why I’m rating it 3 stars is because of our server. She was nice & very attentive. However I didn’t get the same feeling when we initially walked in. It wasn’t anyone at the host station which wasn’t the issue but we weren’t greeted when someone did arrive. That someone happens to be the manager and advised us that the host will be returning shortly. She came a minute or so later but we still had a 10min wait for an empty restaurant. It wasn’t busy at all but it was a few workers socializing in the back. My salmon was over cooked and my salad had brown portions in it. The silverware was dirty.
If we weren’t already tired from just getting back in town we would’ve left.
