My fiance went in and did an order today 01/14/2026 at 5pm he had asked a simple question to the worker ( female with glasses and thick eyeliner) she got an attitude with him and was extremely rude. Our order then was messed up so we went thru the drive thru to which a white skinny boy who I’m assuming is the girls boyfriend he also had an attitude I called spoke with a manager I asked for the workers name n the manager name I was refused all there names I even said I am goin to call corporate and I got hung up on DO NOT GO HERE

I don’t really don’t complain about this McDonald’s especially this location North Canton they are so fast through the drive-thru and getting the orders through but the past three times I have gotten french fries from there the large container for the french fries was almost half empty. This has been about the 3rd or 4th time this week ,I usually eat there two or three times a week but even during the lunch hours and at night it seems like they only fill the containers half full, as you can see by the picture I didn’t notice it until I got home open up the bag that’s all the french fries that were in a large, and there’s nothing in the bottom of the bag.

Ordered food, messed up order, out of stock of items for seasonal meals and dont tell people. Called after we got our order they just said sorry were out and hung up. They should notify people while ordering if items are going to be missing.

We have had cold and old food and they have messed up our orders a few times. Kind of clean, but seems to always be dirty around the drink machine.

ALL of the staff working lunch today were amazing. They were super busy and a lot of people were special needs or elderly( and difficult) and couldn’t/ wouldn’t use the kiosk. They were awesome with all of them. Including me and my no meat cheeseburger lol. They are great!!

When you pay for a large fry give the paying customer a large fry! Don’t give them a large container with a medium order of fries. It’s bad enough that you pay $9 something for less food. It’s always something with this place. I tried to get ice cream the other day and of course none! I really need to stop coming here. View my pic! Yes this is what they gave me.
I stopped coming to this location back in Sept 1st, 2023 of Last year because they kept getting my meal wrong and charging me. I always order (2) orders of bacon. 6 times they have given me (1) order but charged me for (2) I emailed corporate twice, all they want to do is offer coupons. So i went back last week 3/18/24 and decided to give them a try again. Guess what, only received (1) order charged for (2), they had me pull up front and wait for the other order, when i got to work and opened that order, it wasn’t cooked, it had the white grease all over it and cold. I went again on 3/27/24 same thing again ordered (2) received (1). My husband was with me this time, i told him it would happen. The lady tried to get me to pull up to a parking spot again and wait. I said no, bring me my order. This was around 7:55. She through a fit and slammed the window and said i was going to get her in trouble for making the line long. OH WELL, GET PEOPLE’S ORDERS RIGHT. I CAN HONESTLY SAY I AM DONE WITH THIS PLACE. I think they do it on purpose. They owe me at least 4 orders of bacon. Wendy’s will be opening soon, i’ll be going there. Oh and burger king is great, i have actually tipped the ladies there.

This is the worst McDonalds, save your money and aggravation. My husband went thru the drive thru and ordered 2 fish sandwiches, a large fry and a crispy chicken sandwich. The chicken sandwich was cold, the bun burnt and sat so long that the chicken dried out the two pickles. The fries were cold and you get about 3/4 of ann order. All for $20.00 plus. No receipt. This happens over and over again. It is lunch time and food should be hot, available and cooked to perfection for the prices. Get it together Mickey D’s. Not coming back to this location…lesson learned.
