They shouldn’t put a swirl in any coffee unless it’s requested. It’s too much sugar. They do not listen at all.You say shot, you get a swirl.The other day, I said french vanilla with a shot.They wanted to put espresso in it.You need to retrain your employees

I go here every morning. EVERY morning. And it’s generally a positive experience. But this morning was so horrible I’m going to give them 1 star. I used the app to order 2 coffees and some food. They give me my coffees,, don’t have the food ready, ask me to pull forward. Not a problem. A guy brings out a bag, which feels light… I look inside. Missing a bagel and an egg and cheese wrap. I tell him. He’s not happy with me. Takes my bag inside, comes back out and informs me that I already got that stuff. “She said she already gave it to you.” I think I’d know if she did. So he keeps saying I already got it. I said “fine. Ill order it again!” I place another order on my app for the missing items. Wait in the line again, etc. At the window they have no idea what I’m talking about. But I demanded a gift card for the 2nd order, she threw $6 at me. Literally… threw it. And here’s a pic of my egg and cheese wrap. Forgot to do the wrap part. Whatever.

Should keep up to date with the app if you don’t have something at this location. I ordered a cheddar bagel twist via mobile order and I got a donut! I explained that I was supposed to have a bagel twist and instead got a donut and the woman said “That means we don’t have them here.” Corporate should keep up to date with their app for all locations. Every time I feel like they mess up my order, they just give substitutions of things I don’t order without my knowledge of them being sold out or not at that location.

Eveytime I go there, I always have a problem with my drink. Whenever I said NO ICE, they filled it with ice. I asked for extra macha powder they gave me NO powder.

I recently have made a significant change to my diet to address a condition and I used to have my order straight and while it was complicated I didn’t used to stumble over myself and have to ask about ingredients, whereas now I do and it gets tough sometimes. The staff there were patient and went out of their way to clarify about the milk/creamer choice when I forgot to be specific as I stumbled through the other portions of my order. It might seem like a small deal but anyone who has patience with me and pays close attention to other factors to make sure I don’t get sick, I just wanted to make sure to highlight the staff has to ensuring their customers are well taken care of. Thank you guys! You’re awesome!

I arrived at 1pm, the Assistant Manager and three crew members were laughing and joking around. When the cashier saw us, she stopped smiling and had an attitude while taking my order. I ordered an everything bagel and was given a plain bagel instead. I didn’t realize it until I was a mile away.
