My wife, daughter, and I came in for lunch. My wife immediately went to the bathroom upon entering. (Note gap in bathroom stall) I ordered a soda for myself, a tea for my wife, and a pink lemonade and water for our daughter. We were not given the water till we had asked for it two more times. We ordered an appetizer of nachos, they had been microwaved and the meat was dry and cheese half melted. I asked for a refill on my drink two times from our server, and when a manager made her rounds (younger Caucasian brunette) she asked how things were and I responded they were okay. She asked what she could do to make things better and I said I’d just love a refill. We did eventually get a refill and the original water. I am still unsure what her name is because her name tag was on upside down. The food I was fairly on par for what I expected but the entire experience from being sat was just a let down. I do not expect to dine here again any time soon.
Please management team, handle the bathroom stall situation for privacy and safety of the ladies that use the restroom in your establishment both young and old.

The food and how fast their service is here is amazing! But I’m very upset with the prices compared to portions. I spent 18 dollars on the meal (four cheese pasta) I bought 2 and was very disappointed to see the amount they give you for that price. I don’t know if it’s due to being takeout or what. But to only fill the bottom of the bowl is not worth it. I posted a picture below, I also have a video it won’t let me post

Ivy is amazing as always!!!! Always attentive and personable. I also wanted to give a shoutout to the host Brandon… he needs to be recognized for doing a great job letting guest know what’s new on the menu when he seats the guest. Food was delicious as well. My husband and I tried both new dishes and they were excellent. My only complaint were the wonton tacos (which are usually are favorite) shells were off, sauce was light, and chicken was light. Very unusual but we will be back of course.

Our experience was excellent. Despite the restaurant being packed, we were served right away and our drinks and food came out in a more than reasonable time. Our hostess, Cylah, was phenomenal and made us feel welcome and comfortable! Overall a very positive experience!

Service: Do not come here if you like to be serviced by persons that are rude, smelly, disorderly, disrespectful and/or disorganized. The staff was 100% completely rude to us (my fiancé and I) upon entering the building. The hostess was rolling her eyes at us and kept walking by our table making us feel uncomfortable. God forbid you let mgr know (Robert). Mr Robert doesn’t seem to know how to handle his employees. Waiter spills drinks twice on the table without even cleaning up the spills. Food service is very slow.
Looking at the reviews now, we’ve should’ve never came here from the beginning. The staff are amateurs compared to a children. Five year olds would’ve given better service than what we received.
Don’t come here if you’re fly and hit and looking for a fun/good time because this is not the place for that.

I came in to the north Salisbury store after work today, after a long day and our first hot day of the year. And had an awesome server Jake, he made sure my food came out within minutes of me placing my order and kept the conversation going! Will definitely come back with the family to eat and have a great time. Would hope Jake is my server again. Good vibes!

I came in today for lunch and had an appetite for a couple different things. The waitress Alliyia suggested I get the appetizer trio. It was the best decision I made! I was full and it was well worth the money. My waitress was so attentive and polite! She makes me want to come every week and enjoy those pretzels with beer cheese. Thanks Alliyia and the manager Rob for continually making sure the visit was exceptional.

2 for 25 is a great deal 2 entrees 1 appetizer…but the additional money to upgrade was not worth is tenders were very small..the burger was outstanding .the artichoke dip was good but all the cheese came out with one dip of a chip..the strawberry smoothie was not a smoothie at all it was a very loose melted slushie type drink..will not get it again..the Alfredo was a good portion with excellent favor honey bbq boneless wings were typical nothing special…chips for dip were favorless…but overall I would do 2 for 25 again

Coyaa was an amazing server! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect without ever being overbearing. You can tell she genuinely cares about the guest experience. Our drinks stayed full, food came out exactly right, and her positive energy made the whole meal better. If you get Coyaa, you’re in great hands—10/10 service.
