The store seemed to be ran by a single gentleman at the time, but he was giving full attention & care to each customer. Delicious sub (& wrap) as always. I recommend bringing your own bag (or have one ready in the car) if you’re buying more than 1 sub, the paper bags don’t hold up great, but hopefully that will improve eventually.

I ordered a few cookies there and the cookies tasted like they were in the refrigerator for days. The sandwich was the same as well. The taste was so disgusting I threw them away. Even the bag lingered of refrigerator smell. Will never come here again. yuck!

It’s been 3 years and I’ve never been to a subway since this experience. That’s how bad that experience was.

Terrible customer service. Came here this afternoon for raspberry cheesecake cookies. I walked in and the cashier was too busy talking loud on her phone to see that a customer had walked in. Which is whatever. When eventually asked, I told her which specific cookies that I wanted. I noticed her fumbling through each cookie tray to find the correct cookies, so I assumed that I could look away while I paid and would get what I asked for. She placed my cookies on the counter and walked back towards the front to continue her conversation. I blew it off and left the building. Only to see that I received the wrong cookies when I got home. May have been my fault for not checking before I left, but the customer service here stills sucks.

Great service..BUT..Dirty bathroom. Trash overflowing. No soap for hand washing. Diarrhea hit me within an hour. The nail in the coffin was the knife blade my coworker found stuck to the underside of his cookie after he took a bite! They’re lucky he wasn’t injured.

The door was unlocked but sign was off. My friend posted on here as well. Not only were we put down a second time, but they were rude that we went into the store, but they were rude towards us as if we were inconveniencing them. This is rediculous, and guess what? We are at Taco Bell 10 minutes away when all we wanted was a subway sandwich and cookies. I also am just going to say I have come far with myself, because I would have flipped out. Instead I am deciding to take this up to Corporate. Do not go there.

Well I’m left with no choice, but to at least give one star, but they don’t even deserve that. Absolutely horrible service!! It is not my first, but second attempt to get a sub at this location and yet again my friend and I were turned down once again a second time because we were 13 minutes before closing. Yet the door was unlocked and the sign says 9pm. This really puts a bad taste in my mouth with subway and their customer service. Never again.

I had a 6″ meat ball marinara sub with assorted toppings. It was very good and I was able to dine in. Fortunately I was the only patron to dine in at that time. Social distancing was accomplished. I had a combo which included Chips and a drink. Customer service by the teen working there was great! I was impressed with work.

I had to eat before taking a flight out of Atl for home. I got a small Turkey avocado sand. It was just ok but that’s because I’m tired of Subway. In CA they are everywhere so I’m ready for something new and different

When i went in and asked for a sanwich the lady got mad at me for not telling her the exact type of bread instantly. She was mean the entire time. Like she hated me as soon as i walked in the door. Both women in there have a very negative attitude like they completly hate there jobs. I hate this subway
