Dirtiest McDonalds that I’ve been to in a long time. The owners should be ashamed. Not even that busy and not a single table was wiped down. That is not an exaggeration. Every single table was dirty. I had to go get wet napkins to wipe down our own table. This management simply doesn’t have any pride.

I was discriminated against by the store manager because of the color of my skin. I walked into this restaurant to get a coffee and when I was at the register I asked the lady if she was Mexican. Because my wife is Latina and her accent seemed to be Mexican. The lady at the register who was the store manager then told me to leave the store! She refused to help me! She told me to never come back to this store again! Unacceptable behavior! I am Caucasian and you cannot refuse service to someone based on the color of their skin or just because you don’t like them. The Jim Crow Law ended a long time ago! I filed a complaint with McDonald’s corporate office! I will also be taking with an attorney regarding this! Do not come here! If you are not Hispanic or Mexican you will be discriminated against at this restaurant!

We ordered 2 fish sandwiches and a 10 piece chicken nuggetss w/ 2 small fries.we waited in the drive thru , which seemed to be an unusually long time…about 7 or 8 minutes we figured fish and nuggets are cooking.. yeah until we reached in to grab some fries that were hard and cold!! If we waited that long for the meat why on earth couldn’t they drop some French fries so they were hot too!??? The supervisor lady wasn’t very nice either…… I. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I can not tell how dirty this place is. Ugh. Ok, I will. I ordered at the kiosk and then walked around looking for a clean table. None. So I stood at the front with my number. Employee asked “What?”. I asked for a rag as every table was dirty. He said he would do it and he did. A customer should not have to tell you this. I sit. Food is brought to me with an empty cup for my tea. Why have us sit down and wait if you cant put tea in it? So I get my tea, the drink station was soooo filthy. Wrappers. Spilt sodas. Trash. When I left later and got a refill, still filthy. But they took the time to refill the napkins. Lol. Ugh.

The attitude of every single person there was atrocious. We went into the drive through and the first thing we heard was “what do you want.” Like. Really? I get it dude, you hate your job, we all do. But you can at least TRY and be polite and not have this disgusting attitude the entire time. Let alone a flat “anything else” in an irritated tone. Then the chick at the second window with the colored hair gave us the most fake “have a good niiiiiight” You want McDonald’s? Go a few miles down and you won’t have to worry about any attitude

10:30 pm on Tuesday 1/27 had the rudest worker ever. Was greeted with a man with the worst attitude ever. We asked if we could order ice cream and he went on a rampage over the speaker, telling us how much he makes, and how we are “butthurt” for their ice cream machine being down after all we said was “what do you say?”. Probably the rudest person ever in a customer service setting. Should not be working customer service. Yuck.

This location consistently is one of the slowest moving ones and I don’t even think it’s cause they are busy, they just all operate slowly.

This location has the most best customer service! I come here at least once month AND EVERY SINGLE TIME I’m greeted so well. Food is always HOT and fresh! THANK YOU TO ALL YOUR HARD WORK!

Order a McDonald’s Spicy McCrispy which costs 5 bucks and this is what I got. Nothing close to what’s advertised in the photos. It was smaller than a cheeseburger. What a rip off!
