Hardees is great for breakfast when in a hurry in the morning. The only issue this time is they pulled me up to wait for food. I have no problem doing this. However it was a long wait. They had 4 cars pulled up to wait. At that point its not fast food. Food was good like always and the women working were very nice and professional. The best fast food breakfast chain there is.

I came in tonight after an especially bad experience at McDonald’s where I waited over half an hour for food I never got. The cashier was so kind and empathetic about my other experience, my food came out hot and fresh, and I left in a better mood. This is how customer service is supposed to be!

Stopped by hardees on our way to Orlando. Service was exceptional. We have a super picky daughter who doesn’t ever want anything. They made a fresh batch of fries for her and with a smile!!! Thank youbfor starting off our trip on a great note!!!

Good food typical for Hardee’s. Interior and exterior are clean. Bathroom is clean but old and feels a bit greasy. Tater tots were perfect. Biscuits are much better than competitors but Sausage isn’t as good. They have biscuits and Gravy worth paying for. Staff is busy and seems to be more concerned with drive through. If driving through, they get people through quickly. UPDATE: Lunch menu not as good as breakfast and lunch crew imattitude is worse. Don’t pay for the medium upgrade. $1.30 gets you about one ounce extra to drink and a couple fries (no joke or exaduration). The prices are going higher and the food seems to get smaller. Pack your lunch and skip fast food. Per pound the prices are absurd with major attitude from staff.

Sarah and her team do an outstanding job. This Hardee’s is my go-to burger joint in Green Cove Springs. There are other options in town but on several occasions, I have left the line to come to this Hardee’s.

Very rude black lady took my grandads order. Total was 5.63. she wants to charge my grandfather $6 so she didn’t have to make change and when my grandfather said he wanted his change she blew up and got hysterical with him. If you can’t make change don’t work a job where you need to give change!

Today I went through the drive-through and the overall tone of the young lady running the window was not friendly, but I can deal with that, She may have just been having a bad day. I responded with several please and thank you’s and even a “no worries, that’s fine” when a request was not able to be fulfilled. But, when my total did not seem correct, an overview of my order was not on the screen to doublecheck. So I responded with, “I’m sorry, excuse me.” “What do you have as my order?” She answered back in a very aggravated tone, to which I relied, “I am not sure what the attitude is about?” She then replied back, “I don’t have an attitude, this is how I talk. This is my tone.” I responded, “Well, I think you should work on your tone a bit.” To which she responded, “I think you should just pull up to the window”. I responded to just cancel my order and if there was a manager available. She let me know that, yes, there was and she was standing right next to her. I went ahead and left as to not escalate a ridiculous situation at the window and tried calling the restaurant. There was no answer. Customer service was definitely lacking today. I did go to another establishment since I needed to grab something quick before a meeting and the young lady there was so nice and pleasant. I am making sure I follow up with that manager with my positive experience. I appreciate your time in reading this and apologies that this is even necessary.
