I have never experienced service this hostile in my life. My partner and I walked in at 7:04pm — almost TWO HOURS before closing — and the first thing Kianna says to us is, “By the way folks, we close at 9pm.” Why? Who says that to customers who just walked in with plenty of time before closing? It immediately set the tone for how miserable she clearly was.
It only got worse from there. She wasn’t making sandwiches — she was practically throwing ingredients at the bread and hoping they landed somewhere acceptable. The sandwiches looked ridiculous. I genuinely had to stop myself from laughing because it felt like we were being pranked.
When we asked her to toast them, she slammed the oven door like it personally offended her and then threw the oven paddle at the wall above the oven before storming off to the back. My partner and I just stared at each other in disbelief. It was honestly embarrassing to witness.
Her attitude was disgusting, aggressive, and completely unprofessional. If you hate your job that much, don’t take it out on customers. Throwing food and equipment around is not just rude — it’s unacceptable. This behavior should not be tolerated in any customer-facing position.
Do better. And wear a hairnet. It makes sense now as to why she was wearing her name tag on the back of her hat.

I came in during the weekend with my family of 5 while very busy but was still able to get helped pretty quickly. The lady Reylii was very nice and was able to get my family’s order quickly despite the busy it was. The other girl who’s name I didn’t catch with the tattoos looked mad but it was busy. I had the teriyaki chicken sub. It was pretty pricey but was yummy.

We received the worst sandwiches ever today – turkey and ham sandwiches were drenched in mayo an mustard after requesting online for a regular amount. Everything kept sliding off the wet sandwiches. Asked for less of some vegetables and more of others but received them opposite of what was requested.
The 3rd sandwhich was meatball with just cheese requested. The sandwich was slthered in mustard and mayonnaise. Who puts that with meatballs, especially if not requested? The meatballs were smaller than a quarter and not even warm. No sauce was included (guess the mayo and mustard was to replace the marinara). Two slivers of provolone cheese were dropped. They hadn’t melted as the meat wasn’t hot nought to do so and mo sauce as included.
Unfortunately, we took he sandwiches elsewhere so didn’t notice the problem until we were far away from SFS. What a huge waste of money. And we chose Subway because if the vegetables.

The workers here always have a horrible attitude. They will not allow paying customers to use the public restroom and they take customers out of order. 1 or 2 customers that came in after my wife and I were actually served and cashed out ahead of us . Horrible experience

The young Latina Girl with long black hair who works night times she always with a younger male worker must really hate her job! She give me the worst Customer service experience of my life as a African American woman it Hard enough for people to see pass our skin color but to receive a bad experience is like the worst establishment because you want to go and get a good experience for the money you’re spending and good quality service I did not get what I paid for I don’t know if she was having a bad day but my person time there she was really rude to My trangrangder friend as well so I think this is just her regular when I asked her to cut up my veggie patty for my salad she said that wasn’t part of the policy went today the supervisor said that wasn’t correct they are trained she ripped up my patty and said here you go I went to the car in showed my roommatea they were That salad you can tell tell she put no effect into make it I was like I just was making sure that I wasn’t asking for to much

I usually never have any issues with Subway restaurants, but this particular one seems to be run by kids. The two times I’ve ordered in person have been a disaster, today i ordered once again but on the app and it was worse, they got it all wrong and missed a lot of things.
