We stopped by today for some burgers to go, burgers were a 5 star, fries were 3 stars, service was 5 star. Our server was amazing, she sat us down, brought us ice water, treated us to a lovely moment where she visited a very well behaved doggo at the next table, brought him some fries.
They sent our orders in boxes, they were for seltzer I believe, very handy.
I had the Caprese Burger, Ciabtta bun, tasty burger, nice mozzarella, large tomatoe slice, very ripe. I’d have had it again for dinner if we were close. We are spoiled, we get beef from my first cousin and the ground beef is amazing. This patty was a close second. The Balsamic reduction was the kicker.

Awesome burger variety and everything was delicious! Our server was so kind and attentive, especially helpful as our group had lots of questions due to some dietary limitations.
We came in 20min before closing and stayed nearly an hour past, but everyone was very understanding about it and accommodating.

I had a really good burger. They have a lot of specialty burgers to choose from. My wife had a nice salad. We stopped in for lunch, so I’m not sure how busy it is at night. I highly recommend lunch here. I requested medium well burger and it was cooked perfectly.

We hosted our wedding rehearsal dinner here with 44 people and it was absolutely amazing! Everything ran so smoothly, and the atmosphere was perfect for such a special night.
Rhonda took care of everything and made sure every single person was fed and happy. We were especially impressed that we didn’t overspend! she helped us stay within budget without sacrificing quality or experience. She was truly the best! Wait to be seated area is very small in the entryway, it needs some more space to wait or a seating area outside for people waiting to get in.
Meal sides are options of coleslaw, fries, soybeans or salad. I got fries. Pretty good, maybe a little too crunchy.
$18 for simple meals, $21 and up for more expensive ones.
Their flagship Hilo Burger is $21 an and comes with 2 patties, bacon, pickles, onions tomatoe and sauce. Good bang for your buck. Very tasty, and served on a large but light, Brioche bun.
Overall a great Burger experience. I haven’t had time to try the beer or Bar yet, but it looks nice.

Had an amazing lunch at Hilo Burger Joint with my family, and it exceeded our expectations! They have a great variety of burgers, all perfectly seasoned and absolutely delicious. The portions were satisfying, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality of food.
One must-know tip—skip the shoe-string fries and go for the hand-cut fries instead. They are ten times better and make a huge difference!
