I ordered “Chilquiles Verdes” with Steak, and it was delicious. Got a drink as well. Service was quick, arrived and they have my food ready. Spoke to Kevin (I believe that is his name) very nice guy. They did seem busy around 12:45-1:00 pm on a Tuesday which is good. Will be coming back soon with our team!

One of the most endearing factors of choosing Talavera Mexican Restaurant for your dining experience – is the atmosphere. It’s tiny but packed with character. I love that the dining room is small – small enough that the kitchen is literally at the end of a hallway. Small in size but tremendous in character. Love this place! The staff is so friendly and the food is fantastic! We’ve been here many times and it’s always great. Street tacos, carne asada, enchiladas, margaritas – all so good. Go there if you haven’t yet. You won’t be disappointed.

Had heard some good feedback about this newer place and stopped in for lunch. Had a Negra Modelo beer which they have on draft. It was ice cold and delicious. The service was efficient, warm and very friendly. The food was delicious. I enjoyed the Enchiladas Supreme. Looking forward to another visit to try other things. Easy parking.

We had a great first visit to Tala Vera. We all enjoyed our meals and really liked the Al Pastor Especial, tortilla soup, and street tacos. Beers were extra cold in cold mugs. Pablo and his team were fantastic!

We had dinner at Talavera last night, and it was a delight! The food, drinks, and atmosphere were all exceptional, and we can’t wait to return.
We ordered street tacos, quesabirria, and drinks. Everything was delicious: the tacos were served with perfectly warmed tortillas, savory meats, and flavorful salsas. However, the standout items were the rice and beans, which tasted just like home-cooked meals for this Mexican.
Now, about my cantarito—it was served in a traditional clay vessel, and it tasted just like the ones I enjoy in Mexico. Highly recommend this place for an authentic and satisfying dining experience.
