The employees are so rude. Half of the time they dont even get your order right and then act rude when you have to point it out

They need people who love working in customer service. If u don’t like your job you need to figure out what you love doing. I went through drive thru and ask for 2 cheeseburgers she charged me for one. The next time I go I’m speak loud so they can hear me.

I found glass in my food while eating. I had some in my mouth as well. It was cooked in my fish sandwich. Evidently their processing plant his horrible letting trash get in their product. Before leaving the restaurant I showed the manager and she tried to take the sandwich. I refused and asked for corporate number.
The manager reported this to their insurance company. They were about to settle but they fired the adjuster. They then refused to pay my hospital bill. I have and never would eat at this place again. Imagine what other kind of trash that can kill you that may be cooked up in their breaded patties. Just gross and your life is at risk

My food was barely warm. They slapped the tarter sauce on the fillet of fish where half of it was in the box and not on the bun. I had to wipe it off the box and put it on my bun to have any sauce. It was cool enough the cheese wasn’t even melted. The hamburger had to have ketchup added to it because there was one tiny little dot of ketchup and mustard. It was dry and if I hadn’t put ketchup on it it would have been plain and what happened to the onions they used to put on the hamburger? I quit going there for a long time because they always got the orders mixed up, but my niece wanted to go there. The order was right, just cold and people were walking out with their orders that come in way after we did. I thought they must have had to go dig the potatoes for fries and butcher the cow for hamburgers. I was just getting ready to tell them to give me my money back when they called our #.

We stopped here for a quick bite. Firstly, the staff were very courteous and friendly. In addition, their fountain drinks were strong and tasted amazing! My Coke was very good.
I’m rating 4/5 because of the food. I ordered a Big Mac sandwich, but the onions on it were so old, I thought it was french fries initially. My daughter’s McChicken patty looked old as well. The customer service was great, but the food itself, not so much.

This past Sunday October 5, I placed a curbside order. I used up 6000 of my reward points to order a double quarter pounder cheeseburger. I also ordered 2 double cheeseburgers.
I arrived around 7:30PM and I had to drive off at 8:05, since my order had not come out and I was to be at work at 8:00. I was late for work.
I lost my 6000 reward pounts, food and money.

I would give this place an absolute 0 if it was an option!!!! I have never seen such terrible customer service at a place to eat they are very rude and the general manager is the most disrespectful unprofessional person I have ever spoken to! They don’t care about you or the quality of the food they are serving you either!!!! Don’t expect anything but the worst if you are having to eat here!!!

This is a very clean location. Came for breakfast around 9am. All the staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had, food came out quickly and it was hot/fresh. Everything in the order was perfect. I’d definitely come here again!

Okay. Sounded like the manager here has been working shorthanded all day. I could tell she was really trying to do her best with what help she had. I ordered a Quarter pound with bacon. My Quarter pounder came out no bacon. When went to the counter to get it right they didn’t argue and said they would make it right. The guy brought me old cold bacon. This time I complained to the manager and she immediately corrected the employee and they made me a fresh sandwich and the young man apologized. The fries could have been warmer and needed salt.The staff was friendly, the establishment was for the most part pretty clean. Some of the tables needed wiping.

They never send the confirmation text for your order, I even had a door dasher say they couldn’t find my order then randomly McDonald’s canceled my order after an HOUR of me waiting. This is a repeated issue. They are literally the worst McDonald’s I wish I could order from cheraw to deliver it’s only one mile further.
