This place set their own rules on if they are going to take the receipt after you’ve done the survey… they won’t take the receipt for buy one get one free and they told me they have to ask their boss!!! That is just totally ridiculous, especially when I was sitting at the drive-through window ready to pay! Will not be returning to this Jack-in-the-Box as thieves on this place!!!!! Survey done and Corporate notified.

Late night drive thru gave me an inedible grilled cheese (and when I say inedible I mean you could not break the sandwich even when bitten into)… however, upon returning the sandwich, the employees were very kind to fix my order and that grilled cheese was perfection!

I got my car towed here! Don’t come to this jack in the box! Horrible so mad! They then charged me almost 400 dollars to get it out from the tow yard and made me pay 61 dollars at the police station. I am never going back to that jack in the box in fullerton! It was a traumatic feeling! I didn’t even have time to eat; by the time I came out of the other store my car was gone!

if i could leave 0 stars i would. My 2 breakfast platters were missing, i upgraded my coffees to 2 bobas and i got no drinks for my breakfast combo! And the sodas for my burger combos were both halfway?! I mean cmon! I’m very upset, i’m a nurse and came late at night to buy food and came home very disappointed. Do these sodas look full?
Also as i opened my burger noticed it’s not the #10 it’s a double bacon smashed? not what i ordered at all.

WRONG. Not one item but almost the ENTIRE ORDER? to the manager here, is it possible to have my order completely remade as this was a inconvenience to me and my family.
let me elaborate as i’m infuriated and have the time. As i was ordering my order at the drive through, i told the guy taking my order that my bobas were missing from the screen and he proceeded to give me attitude and said just come to the window? I repeatedly said i wanted 2 bobas instead of the coffees and yet didn’t even get bobas or a drink that COMES WITH A COMBO. I ordered a small curly fry and he didn’t even get that down either!!
List of things wrong with my order 2 missing bobas

2 missing platters
1 missing small curly fries
1 missing HI C drink
I cannot even kid about my order it is absolutely insane on how many items my order is missing. I repeated my order twice and he still did not get everything down and told me to pull up at the window, and once i did he just made me pay and didn’t get the chance to look at my receipt and notice he didn’t get my order at all! Will go tomorrow morning to speak to manager because this absolutely absurd

This was a drive through order. I live in Wyoming where we have no jack-in-the-boxes. So for me, it was an instant run to, as I was in southern California and I had to promptly order. 20 tacos, all of them were very consistent and delicious. They were all enjoyed by my family

I just came back and my son chicken nuggets were RAW he ate about 2 and started to tell me his stomach was hurting and I went to go look at his food and the nuggets were Raw and soggy . You need to make sure they are cooking the food all the way
