I was blown away on how good this Golden Corral was. It had been years since I’ve eaten at an Golden Corral. Walking up i could smell freshly grilled steaks, inside for 15.00 I ate steak and a salad grilled to order. Pulled pork was freshly smoked with a beautiful smoke ring on it. Everything and I mean everything was excellent and for the money. I wish we had one closer to where I live!

First visit to Golden Corral. It’s Christmas Day. Instead of pandemonium, it was very calm. The food was very good. Great selections of food. Really pleased with food safety precautions taken for making your way through the buffet. The servers were outstanding. They were very courteous, attentive, and had great attitudes. I’ll definitely visit again. Very pleased.

Laura was our waitress and took excellent care of us. The cashier at the door actually meet us outside and opened the out door for our mother who was with us who was disabled, so that she wouldn’t have to walk all the way around. Food was good.

me and my boyfriend came here tonight, absolutely awful. never in my almost 20 years of living have i had to wait for a plate at a buffet, i don’t understand how they don’t have enough plates for guests. they hardly had any food out, it was valentine’s day so it was a little busy but that wasn’t even the issue, the staff were running around like it was their first day. the dessert was good that’s about it.

Avoid this place if you value good service. The owner is known for being rude and threatening to people, which completely ruins the family atmosphere. It’s very unprofessional. There are better buffets and restaurants in Beckley where the management actually knows how to talk to people. Don’t waste your time or money here.

I had taken the Thanksgiving Dinner today. It was really awesome. Full of people and a lot of variety of food. But I think they need to think of fruit items more as I do not find strawberry and many others fruits that I like most. But it is a good experience. The food is good and fresh too.

Myself and my girlfriend came in around 11:30 that morning. The restaurant was clean, the food was pretty fresh for the most part. The staff were friendly, and professional. They weren’t dragging their feet, slouching or expressing anything in a negative way. I really enjoyed our experience there, on that day.

The steak was okay, not much flavor to it. The other sliced meats were literally cold to the touch. Everything else was decent. The veggies, fish, shrimp, fried chicken, pasta, potatoes were all very good.

The closest Golden Corral to me is Charleston WV and it has had plenty of issues in the past. I’ve always heard that the Beckley location was top notch. I can confirm this is true! The food was fresh and delicious, and the restraunt was very clean! Highly recommended!
