I ordered take out and I’ll never order from here again. I tried to order on the app but it wouldnt take off the chips and salsa reward so I called to place the order. The host assured the coupon came off. When I got home, I saw I was charged $7 for some chips and salsa that i wouldnt have ordered if they werent free. I called again and she said i’ll have it adjusted and you’ll see it on your bill. Not only was that frustrating, I got no sour cream for the nasty brisket quesadilla I got. I went in for dinner with a couple friends last week and it turned out to be a pretty pleasant experience overall. The place had a relaxed vibe and the staff were friendly when we walked in. We ordered a few different things so we could share, and everything came out fairly quick. The burgers were good and the fries were hot and crispy. My friend said his pasta was decent too, maybe a little salty but still enjoyable. Prices seemed reasonable for the portion sizes. It’s the kind of spot that works well for a casual night out when you just want good food and not too much fuss. I’d probably come back again sometime.

Went there for dinner last Friday with a couple friends and overall it was a pretty good experience. The place had a relaxed vibe, nothing too fancy but still nice enough for a casual night out. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and fries. The sandwich was cooked well and had good flavor, though the fries could’ve been a little hotter. Service was friendly and our server checked on us a few times without being pushy. Food took a bit longer than expected, but it wasn’t a big deal since we weren’t in a rush. Prices felt fair for the portion sizes. I’d probably come back and try something different next time.

They’ve definitely stepped up their game since the last time I had eaten here. Food was great and it was nice inside. Prices seemed a little steeper but it is worth it for the experience I had this time! I would recommend giving them a chance if you haven’t lately.

Since COVID, this is the best Chili’s in probably a 100 mile radius. It’s generally consistent, the staff is nice and the food is cooked up to standard.
Today, however, was an off day, a very off day.
We went because I had a free dessert for my birthday. I’d also received an email yesterday saying skillet queso was back, and my husband loves his skillet queso.
We sat at the bar and the bartender let us know he’d help us as soon as he could. The restaurant was packed and he was the only bartender, and he was busting out drinks. He grabbed our drink order and we tried to order skillet queso, but they didn’t have any. We got the southwest queso, which was excellent! Very similar to the skillet queso but with spicy peppers instead of meat. We were very pleased with it.
Our entrees came out. My husband got the chicken and steak fajitas. The meat was not so hot it sizzled like we’re used to, but it wasn’t room temp, so no big deal. His tortillas had been placed on top of his cheese so his cheese had melted onto his plate, and his rice was cold. I got chicken crispers with two dipping sauces, fries and mac and cheese. My fries were cold. The noodles in my mac and cheese were not cooked all the way. My tenders were hot, but the expo had spilled most of my buffalo ranch onto my basket and didn’t bother to offer me a fresh one (we saw her rebalancing the basket from behind the doors into the kitchen). There was no way I was going to ask the bartender to get me more as he was too busy.
I would recommend the bartender, Jonathan, any day of the week. But the expo (who I think was the manager based on her attire) and the rest of the kitchen staff need to put in more effort. We likely won’t be dining here again in the near future.

The restaurant was empty yet we still had to waite to be seated.
Ordered shrimp dish but was served chicken over the pasta instead. Took 15 min to get corrected order only to find out the just took off the chicken and replaced with the shrimp…. so yay chicken and shrimp pasta.
I do not have high expectations, especially for Chili’s, but was extremely dissapointed again.

Just ordered for togo about an hour ago and, once again, some exceptional customer service at Chili’s. The waiters/waitresses are always so sweet, kind and patient. The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly, what more could I ask for? Special shoutout for today goes to “BeanBean” who I am assuming took my order today. She was so great. Keep it up Chilis! (Btw, food was BOMB! Everyone who ordered for lunch is satisfied).

Sujan is a great waiter. He’s friendly, quick, and always makes us feel welcome. Even when I have no idea what I want, he’s patient and helps make the whole visit easy and enjoyable. Definitely one of the best! Going to see him again!!
