I’m gonna be honest this is probably the worst McDonald’s location I’ve ever been to. their was a man dancing in the parking lot which was very unsettling, my order was completely wrong I ordered a 10 pc chicken nugget and instead got two four peice chicken nuggets I also ordered a McChicken and instead got Two mcdoubles one that has nothing on it just meat and cheese and on top of that I had to back in and get my 3 piece chicken strip and buffalo ranch sauce before realizing all the other mistakes pointed out by my mom and girlfriend when getting back in the car and we also didn’t get our medium fries

I’m sitting at the drive-thru waiting for my order which is just two burgers. No sides, no drinks and no dessert. I’ve been sitting here more than 10 minutes.
The only other car in front of me in the Drive-Thru just drove off without any food.
I ordered my meal on the app so it should have been ready when I got to the window since I’ve already been here 10 minutes but I’m still sitting here at the window waiting while the employees are standing there staring at their phones.
My order was finally given to me about 15 minutes after I got here without a word spoken to me by the employee working the window.
McDonald’s should fire every employee in this store and just start over again.
Never ever ever ever come here.

if i could rate them a 0 stars i would. We’re coming from Houston, as soon as we go into the lane the lights went off. They were trying to close 30 MINUTES earlier than their supposed hour. Not only are the fries cold but man do these pple look miserable!!! Rude, disrespectful and honestly the worst service in this entire town. Some pple shouldn’t be getting hired.
i really don’t wish bad upon pple but seeing how bad the reviews are in this location they should really fire everyone and start fresh. Not only are they ruining the reputation of the town, but also the career of those who run it. Manager and employees look nothing like good customer service, and i’ve worked at target, ik what it means to be tired.

9pm on a Wednesday; went for the kids. Wish I hadn’t. The manager took my order. Then, when they got it wrong, the manager lied and said I asked for a #9 and got angry when I said the words “number” or “nine” never came out of my mouth. He aggressively slammed the 2 cheeseburgers into the trash and went back to run the refund. Then while they made the 2 double cheeseburgers I’d ordered, they argued with me that they’d already given me both orders of fries. The 2nd fries was sitting right by the window because they had forgotten to put it in the bag before they handed me the bag. They demanded I move out of the drive thru so they could help other customers which I didn’t because they needed to finish with me first or else I’m sure I’d have been there a lot longer. 2 double cheeseburgers finally arrived, but the burgers smelled funny so we didn’t eat them anyway. All that crap for $0.20 of a refund.
Oh, and I’m not the health department, but I don’t think anyone should be sitting on the McD’s kitchen floor folding Happy Meal boxes and then laying them across the floor. Seems unsanitary.

Honestly it was my fault for expecting my order right. I found out the only thing these people did right was count the 6 chicken nuggets in my order. I ordered 2 Mcdoubles with only cheese and mayonnaise.

My Burgers ended up having onions on both of them and not those little slivers from sloppy prep.
Both chicken sandwiches had lettuce.
And I had to ask for a Large Fry because they didn’t give one to me.

Me my brother and Dad went to go get something to eat late at night last night we Sat in the Drive Thru for 25 minutes along with other Cars in line waiting to order until 5 people in line left nobody spoke or took our order when we pulled up to the speaker and there was no one in the drive thru windows at all so my Dad had to go inside and walk all the way to the back of the Kitchen when he yelled out and no one answered come to find out all the Employees were in the Back room TALKING! Not paying attention to their customers and when he told them how long we had been sitting for and how many customers they had lost they said Oh uh we’ve been having trouble with our microphone they gave us our food free of charge such terrible service do not recommend this place unless u want to wait such a long time

Food is McDonald’s but the service is absolutely the worst! Being on one of the busiest highways in the country you’d figure they’d want speed to be a priority. For the simplest of tasks it takes them an eternity. Everything is always down or broken. Employees are always rude. I think the worst part is once you’re in line you’re trapped and you can’t leave if it takes too long. I don’t like leaving but I feel like 30 mins is an extraordinarily long wait for fries and caramel macchiato just to find the macchiato machine is broken and to sub for a dr pepper, I was car 4.

If I could leave a zero star review I would. Every time we have order from here they screw up the order, when we go back to get it fix they still manage to screw it up.
If you or your family are going to order McDonald’s dont waste your time stopping here, I’d recommend going to a different McDonald’s.
