Not friendly, and a delivery person tried to get me to give HER my cash ( 100 bill) so they can go get change for me. REALLY. When I called the restaurant and paid for the order with my cc, the delivery person called me a liar and said I didn’t and I was trying to get free food. Mind you my order was $70 and I had the store on the phone. I complained, they fid nothing. Not even apologize. I can see if the food was good but its nasty. My elder likes that nasty stuff that’s why I buy it. Nasty, Rude people and the food is Nasty too! -1

I’m very disappointed with this restaurant. Between the customer service, food, or wait I don’t know what was worse. I’m not one to complain because I work in the restaurant business. But I waited 2 hours for food that was supposed to be 45 minutes. When I finally got it the order the general chicken was rubbery and mushy. And it was no longer hot. I called the restaurant and talked to the lady and she argued that the food was not cold, and then proceeded to laugh. Oh and it gets better she said to bring it back because it’s not cold as if I have to lie about my food not being up to par. The amount of condensation that were in the boxes was ridiculous as if it was just sitting there. Then proceeded to blame the driver. No matter who’s fault it was I received a poor experience. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. And will no longer order from this establishment.

I waited 1hr and 40mins before I received my food. Fried gizzards were hard practically burnt. When asked to receive a replacement I was told they didn’t have anymore.

Idk if the chicken is even chicken. Everytime I order it’s chewy and hard and gives me a toothache. Any meat you order is dry and chewy. My bf loves it for some reason or I would never go there again next time he can get that and I’ll order something else from a different restaurant. Oh and turn the heat on so customers aren’t freezing waiting the 45 minutes to an hour it takes for the food to be ready!
