I placed an online order and came in a half hour later, ten minutes after the order was promised for. The worker told me that he needed a minute and hadn’t started my order. He then proceeded to take care of customers that walked in after me and only started on my order 20 minutes later. I asked him to throw in a cookie for the 25 minutes that I stood while he took care of people that came in after me and he refused. He didn’t do anything to make it right for me.

Hello, I am reporting an employee of Subway located at 7212 W 191st St, Tinley Park IL, 60487. Employee ID number 7149 is an African American female, looks to be late twenties early thirties. Upon arrival, January 10, 2026, 11:09a.m., I ordered a 6 inch sub, and in the middle of preparing my sandwich, she answered a phone call, picked her phone up with her gloves on, sat the phone back down & proceeded to add lettuce to my sandwich with the same gloves she touched her phone with. I then asked her to change her gloves and she got an attitude with me. She did change her gloves. I asked for extra mayonnaise on my sandwich as I always do (I’m a regular customer she always prepares my sandwiches) and she tells me that there’s going to be an extra charge for mayo. Employees should not be taking phone calls while taking customer orders. Employees also should be following Subways sanitization rules and change gloves as sandwiches are made and items are touched. Multiple viruses are going around and she’s putting customers’ health at risk touching her phone while preparing food. I would greatly appreciate if this matter is resolved as she represents your company.

I placed a mobile order here August 8 at around 8PM and my whole order was wrong. For starters my sandwich had little to no vegetables and had chicken CRUMBS. Literally no full chicken pieces. It was drier than the Sahara. Also my chicken and cheese flatbread was hard as cardboard, I couldn’t even bite through it. I really dislike having to go back to a place to complain but not like it was free. If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Never coming back to this location, horrible service.

This place is unprofessional and dirty. The place is filled with spiders, ants, and roly polies all throughout the store! The coworkers are cool the only problem is the store owner.
She cannot face confrontation and admit when she’s wrong and tries to play in your face making it seem like you’re crazy. She’s also very grimy and I wouldn’t suggest putting your money towards this business that’s VERY money hungry and overcharging when it comes to sandwiches when you can get it somewhere else for cheaper. Lastly the place is unhygienic.. shoes, toothpaste, and a toothbrush are left in the back like it’s someone’s homes and it’s where food is supposed stored! This place is not a good environment to eat or work at.

Ordered through DoorDash at this location and ordered the steak and cheese footlong. Paid close to $40 for 2 sandwiches that had virtually NO MEAT or other ingredients. Very careless and sloppy. I received a BREAD SANDWICH. Please avoid ordering from this location and it’s careless employees!

Visit 5/29/24 around 8:40pm. Poor customer service. Most of the food was packed up. Store close at 9:30pm. Two employees working didn’t greet any customers. I ordered 2 cookies charged for 3 only given 2. The employee stole my cookie. How ridiculous is that? Quality of bread and veggies were bad. Never again. Awful location.

I’ve tried coming to this location 3 times now, today at 11:15am on June 8th will be my last time. I walked in and greeted the worker. She looked up at me and put her head right down without saying anything. It was only me in the restaurant and she was working on 2 subs, for what seemed like an online order. She prepped the subs and popped them into the toaster oven. I thought she’d maybe start asking what I’m getting to start prepping my sandwich but she just leaned on her hands, still without even acknowledging that I was standing there awkwardly. She didn’t seem interested in taking care of me so I just walked away thinking she might not want me business going elsewhere but she still said nothing to me, just let me walk out of the door. The funniest part is that they had this sign on top of the deli counter facing the customers saying about greeting every customer. I think maybe it should be facing the employees because it’s not the first time that the workers were cold and unfriendly. It’s bad enough that they don’t accept coupons and over charge, the 6 INCH that I was going to get today was $10, not as a meal but sandwich only. At least give good customer service if you want us over paying.
