It started in the frozen food aisle. I was staring at a box of fish sticks when a lady in a neon pink windbreaker slid up beside me.
“You don’t really want those,” she said.
“Oh, why not?” I replied.
“If you’re going to eat fish, eat it somewhere that respects the fish.”
That’s when she whispered like it was classified information: “Taco John’s. Fish tacos. Trust me.”
Fifteen minutes later, I was unwrapping two ,warm, soft, fresh, delicious fish tacos and a sweet, crunchy churro!
I left with a new appreciation for bold strangers… and Taco John’s fish tacos that truly live up to being bigger, bolder, better.
Thanks Leigha and Saturn for the great service and yummy tacos. My custom order was made perfectly. That was a great Valentine’s Day lunch and you guys were quick!

I’ll definitely return to this location for the service. Came inside to order today. The inside of the restaurant (including the restroom) was clean. I was happy to see that the fish taco sign was up, since I’ve been waiting for them to return. Shantel and George helped me with my order and they gave me excellent customer service. They were polite, repeated back my order, asked if I needed anything else, and got my special order correct. I removed the sauce from the taco and added shredded cheese; and the tacos were perfect. You can tell these two employees work well together and enjoy their jobs. They were friendly and were quick in getting my food to me. I was expecting to wait longer for my order since it was fish, but they handled it with precision. I watched them manage multiple orders with the same service, accuracy, and speed. Thanks Taco Johns for being my favorite place to stop.

Is managing this taco John’s owes this employee a huge thank you he is there by himself. Only person working doing an absolutely amazing job. Food is hot fresh restaurants, clean he has no ice and no Pepsi. The restaurant needs to do better for their employees!! I just left at 3:30 on February 13. Who’s ever working this shift? Should be getting a huge bonus.

Excellent Customer Service, employees very friendly, Knowledgeable, Accommodating. And aim to please. The store is very clean.
There’s never been a long wait, at least not for myself. The prices are really reasonable. The food is excellent. I just wish they were open a little later sometimes. The food is always hot and fresh, very delicious. I prefer taco john’s over most taco restaurants. I would tell anybody and everybody to come and check you out. I give them five stars!!!!

Ordered breakfast burritos and cinnamon bites around noon at the Fort Collins Taco John’s near Prospect. The cinnamon bites came without frosting, so we went back through the drive-thru to ask.
The first employee said “just a second” and called over another staff member, who said he would remake them. After waiting a few minutes, a third employee came up and asked for the receipt. When my friend handed over the bag, the employee said that wasn’t what he asked for. My friend explained, “I was just inside, you don’t remember me,” and the employee then said sharply, “Or you guys can just leave — I’m not remaking anything with that attitude,” even though we stayed calm and only asked for the missing frosting.
A simple issue escalated unnecessarily. Very disappointing customer service.

Waited in the drive through 30 minutes. They gave me someone else’s food. Told me they made it even though the taco in there was wrong. Supposed to be a steak and potato griller. Paid $15 for a taco I did not order that was gross. They gave me the entirely wrong food and acted like I was just hiding the burrito, cashier in green raised her voice multiple times saying she saw the other worker make it.

I had lunch here today and it was a lovely experience. The man working(I didn’t catch his name, unfortunately) was the only one working and he was doing a wonderful job. He spoke so respectfully and had excellent customer service. The food was delicious and he even delivered it to my table. This man deserves the best in life.

Ordered a burrito with no lettuce/tomatoes had to repeat it and then the employee repeated it back everything was correct on the receipt yet the burrito came with lettuce/tomatoes AND bacon which doesn’t normally come on this burrito. Thankfully we got tacos also so I went to eat a taco I removed the lettuce and the meat just taste so bad even my husband couldnt eat the tacos. We always loved taco John’s but there is something wrong with this one. $31 and all we got to eat were the oles which also weren’t fresh. Just so disappointed

The customer in front of me was very rude, but the cashier kept her cool and was professional. I can say as someone working the food industry myself I give a huge props to her and the gentleman that was fast with the making food. Bravo to both of you guys. 🙂

First time visiting this Taco Johns. Customer service was probably one of the best I’ve had in fast food in the fort collins area. She was helpful but didn’t rush us while we ordered. She was patient and provided information. I would return on service alone.
Food was completely accurate and delicious. First time getting the Super Potato Olés, which are like nachos but with potato olés. Sooo tasty! I did add extra cheese and guac.
Also they have pumpkin churros for fall which were awesome!
