Joe’s Slice of Sicily is hands down the best pizza in Austin. The pizza is absolutely amazing, you can taste the freshness in every bite. The ingredients are top quality, the crust is perfect, and the flavor is on another level. Nothing else in Austin matches this.
The owner and the entire staff do an incredible job. They’re always welcoming, super friendly, and genuinely happy to let you try new things. You can tell they care about the food and their customers.
My only recommendation to you is to order everything as it comes, they got it down.

I really wanted to love this pizza at first bite, but it didn’t blow me away. The crust (the bottom of the pie, not the edges) was too thick and it could have used more sauce, which i wasn’t expecting from a place with so many reviews about it being just like NY/NJ pizza (I’m from NY). 4/5 because still better than most pizza in Austin! Willing to try again and get a plain cheese pie rather than toppings to get a better taste for it — but I will say, they were generous with the toppings!

Located inside Barton Hills Market. Everything was delicious. From a slice of chicken bacon ranch pizza, a Chicken Parm Pinwheel, and a handful of garlic knots. The food was hot, tasty, with generous portions. They have even more options if you order a full pizza. Looking forward to eating here again soon.

This is the bomb.com of Za. Do yourself a favor and order a pie. We got a 16in pepperoni on half and other half pepperoni pineapple. 2 salads, both exquisite. We stumbled upon this hidden gem while searching for a place with a good variety of pizza slices, and Joe definitely delivered. We ordered slices of buffalo, bacon chicken ranch, pepperoni, and chicken pesto—each one was delicious. The garlic knots were perfectly garlicky, just the way we like them. To top it all off, the dessert was amazing. We will definitely be back

Great spot and service! Joe’s is tucked inside a convenient store. The style of pizza isn’t what I like, but the service was excellent. The meatballs in the sub are delicious!

Joe is known for his pizza, but they started serving a variety of breakfast options. This is exactly what this neighborhood needed. Unlike most places, Joe is there in person making sure every customer is satisfied. I never feel like I’m overcharged. Being so close to barton springs, it’s a great option for a post swim meal. Joe is creating something special here.
