I’m a senior in college, living with my mother who is disabled (legally blind). I took her to this IHOP since it was nearby and we started going there together ever since I introduced it to her 2 months ago. We absolutely love IHOP and this one was great in food, service, and environment.
The staff were really helpful and accommodating for my mom. Sophya in particular went above and beyond for my mom, giving us candy, complimenting her, and even helping her to find the bathroom and exit door. I dont expect this from people anymore because I do it and they dont care about my moms disability. But as strange as I felt, I was touched and I appreciate that the staff made my mom seen and welcome, because it’s something most of society doesn’t do for the disabled. I’ll be coming back 🙂

I felt so uncomfortable the server was rushing us to leave I couldn’t even enjoying my mean on peace because I felt like he was basically kick me out I wasn’t there not even 30 minutes when the server just bring the bill without me asking for it I had to force my self to rush eat and leave he already had the to go plates and the bill ready in the next table he keep rushing us I couldn’t enjoy my meal in top of that I still give him the highest tip because I didn’t want to cause bad situation this happened December 13 2025 at between 11am to 12pm if I’m not wrong I thank him many time and I wa polite to the server I can’t understand why I was a server my self and I never done it to any of my costumers I won’t never go back again the food was amazing but the rushing and it wasn’t even busy at all to him to basically kick me out after I paid and tip him well. Probably he needs a better trainer

Been coming here for years and i just love the place. The atmosphere the food the service is all top notch. The strawberry pancakes are to die for… and I love the steak tips and hash browns. Close to transportation always clean. Good friendly service and people.

Sophya is amazing
I’ve been to IHOP many times and had different servers, but when Sophya takes care of us, it always feels different. She’s very attentive, makes sure everything is perfect, and the food always comes out hot. I love when she’s our server because she truly makes the experience better. She definitely stands out.

TOOK GRANDKIDS TO EAT AND OUR SERVER NYA WAS AWESOME WITH THE GRANDS , EVEN THE MANAGER SHAYLA TOOK TIME TO GREET US WHEN THE PLACE WAS VERY BUSY , IHOP WAS CLEAN AND ACCOMMODATING, DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!

Placed an online order. Picked up, went home. Order was missing items. Called. Went back. Grabbed the items they forgot. Was offered a soft drink (that I can’t drink) for my inconvenience. No partial refund, no gift card. Now time to eat hour old cold pancakes.

Always good breakfast food here honestly. It’s a typical chain restaurant experience. Waiter was very friendly and attentive without feeling like he was breathing down our necks.

They need to Update that IHOP! it is so old, everything needs a desperate need of an update. My hash browns were burnt and my pancake was extremely Raw. I would like to update my review. The owner of IHOP responded to my message it tells me to copy and paste there Link to my web browser, unfortunately it’s not letting me copy and paste I do not know if this is being done intentionally I don’t understand but it does not copy and paste but yet my review can copy and paste. I do not know if this happening to other reviewers.

The host who you speak to on the phone is not nice or attentive, hangs up on you and doesnt give you the option to call back or cancel an order. I had to call ihop customer service to get help which was such overkill.
