My husband and I had a wonderful time at la brasserie after a long week it was just what we needed. The food was very good. Love the high ceiling, beautiful ambiance. What was most impressive was the staff. They care about the guest, wonderful conversation. We really had a great time and will recommend anyone this wonderful restaurant.

The service in the atmosphere is excellent, the foie gras was beautifully rich, the steak was perfectly seasoned and cooked, the beef tartar could use a little bit more seasoning, and onion soup is missing cheese. The best part of this restaurant is the breakfast buffet. I’ve been eating here many days and does not disappoint.

Had a lovely lunch here at La Brasserie (the festive weekend brunch). The venue is a little small compared to other hotel buffets, but all the tables on the same, long strip means they all have waterfront-facing seats, which I really appreciate. Dining options were great, and included seafood like lobster and scallops, as well as a meat carving station with prime rib and lamb. Cheese station was very nice – had my favourite brie, as well as various accoutrements, incl honey. The dedicated dessert room was stocked with lovely delicacies as well. Overall, will definitely return again.

We went as part of the Amex table for 2 program. Service was subpar with the staff forgetting bread service for our table. The seating was also very cramped – you could see the folks with the American Express program clearly clustered closer than normal guest. It was not possible to talk without overhearing guests from the neighboring tables. The duck was tough and had a strong smell while the dessert was pedestrian. For something valued between $100-158 (see picture of menu) this was certainly a bad deal.

Celebrated my wife’s birthday at La Brasserie. It was a lovely and conducive environment; and items on the menu were priced at a reasonable value.
Thankful for the top-notch service and hospitality from Esther, she was prompt and always served with a smile from the moment we stepped into the restaurant.
Our favourite dish of the evening was the lamb rack. I understand it may be difficult to get the doneness right, but the kitchen team executed it perfectly here.

Our first visit was way back in February 2023, and we returned this time for the Festive Weekend Brunch.
The restaurant is located along the windows, and with its high ceiling, it offers a lovely view of the waterfront.
The main buffet spread isn’t extensive, which is perfectly fine considering there are items like Wagyu beef tartare on toast, lobster rolls with caviar, crab meat salad, pan-seared sea bass, beef cheeks, Hainanese chicken rice, satay, fresh seafood (although I was hoping to see king crab like before), carvings, and a good selection of desserts.
I do wish there was an Asian noodle dish included in the spread . The only noodle option I noticed was the Western-style rigatoni.
The main spread and dessert spread are located at opposite ends of the restaurant. Unfortunately, we were seated closer to the dessert section, so the repeated long walks back and forth to the main spread were a bit of a hassle.
That said, we truly enjoyed our meal. Service was top-notch, and I would gladly return again when king crab makes its way back onto the buffet menu. Hehe.

Shout out to Fairuz and team for an enjoyable lunch experience. Had the 2 course lunch set and appreciate they took my feedback on the first lunch set with beef salad (I said the beef too cold and hard for me) and they kindly changed it to others. Warm and attentive service . The food however has room for improvement. Tastes mostly average. I didn’t take the picture of the beef main course because I felt the taste can be better. Just sincere feedback for improvement.

This is a review I’ve been owing for more than two months. My boyfriend and I booked a table at La Brasserie before National Day, mainly to watch the fireworks rehearsal. The indoor dining area was very comfortable, though you can’t see the fireworks from inside. The staff kindly led everyone to a deck to enjoy the view. The food was quite good, but unfortunately we ate too slowly. By the time we wanted to order dessert around 10 p.m., we were told the restaurant closes at 10:30. Although they allowed us to place an order, we weren’t confident we could finish before closing, so we decided to skip dessert.
