Sausage cheese biscuit was overcooked/dry/burnt hard edges/cold
Biscuit was hard like yesterday’s batch and cold.
Smooshed so that it was as if done maliciously.
Service: unwelcoming. Was this a race issue?
Its almost like the kinston wendys (HORRIBLE)
People want a paycheck but not work or do the bare minimum.

We ordered our food on the kiosk instead of waiting in line. There was a little wait for the food. Staff seemed like they weren’t happy to be there. The food was perfect and the restaurant was clean for the most part. We sat outside and that area was clean and perfectly shaded.

I’m only giving 5 stars because I love Wendy’s and they have the best prices and deals and I eat it all the time. However this review is for the management team. Please do something about your cold breakfast. I came through this morning and ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant combo with American cheese instead of Swiss. The bun was not toasted and cold. I honestly think the bacon was left over from yesterday in the fatty grease on it was white because it was so cold. I substituted American cheese for Swiss and my American cheese was not melted at all. The only thing that was lukewarm was the egg. I ended up taking two bites and spitting the sandwich out of my mouth, again probably cuz bacon is not chewable and it’s from yesterday. My fries were very cold flimsy and undercooked. Come on Wendy get it together. You’re better than this!

This gentlemen here was so kind. It’s 9:45 so it’s a night shift I can’t remember what his name was on his name tag because mom brain. But he was seriously so kind and could tell from the get go he’s a hard worker. He’s bald and was on headset and just had a big smile on his face making drinks,packing food bags and taking orders. So kind and it’s hard to have a smile always on ur face when ur on drive thru. It be a lot I worked it for years. But just wanted to say great personality need more gentlemen like him!

One of the burgers was missing 1/2 of the meat patty. Seriously it should have never been used. I bought 2 sandwiches for 2 children. Luckily they didn’t need the missing half. I didn’t take a picture of the baconator fries but they were basically disgusting, almost cold and so soggy. Do better Wendy’s!!

Worst place ever No one ever smiles. I think I went on the 22nd in drive-through and there was this girl who was very nice and gave me everything I needed, and then I asked for a ranch packet and then the woman with the glasses said you are supposed to ask when you ordered what kind of customer service is that whoever the new girl was needs to come back and that girl With the red hair needs to be fired! They will not give you what you want!

I ordered no salt fries, got pulled and they still had salt and undercooked. My burger was dry, like literally couldn’t eat it and my nuggets were old. Don’t park me if you’re going to give me old food. Very frustrating because I haven’t had them in a while, but everytime I end up going..I regret it.
