They are quick, but that’s because they give you a half order of fries every time, even though the container is more than twice as big. Easy to be faster when you skimp. Problem is, they don’t give you what you pay for

One of the workers fransicsco flipped me off by the front counter and it’s all on cameras how talks footage from 2:58 until about 3:30 this is a disgusting attitude and should not be allowed in the store manger should have fired him or sent him home in the spot the store was not to busy for the front counter to be attended to were I was standing and no one was there waiting besides me

Food was fast, my fries were so fresh and perfect. And apparently they have real lemonade now? I panicked and ordered it when they were out of what I originally wanted. I expected Minute Maid and was pleasantly surprised with fresh(er) lemonade. I doubt they squeeze the lemons back there or whatever but it tasted so much better than Minute Maid.

everything was fine with my order, i placed a curbside but the app glitched so i went inside to get my order instead, they were busy but helped me fast, the lady that helped me get my order i didnt catch her name but she was grabbing my drink and robert came over to see what it was and i guess she told him not to grab it bc she was getting it and he accidentally bumped into her and she got really mad at him. she even went and embarrassed him in front of the whole crew saying that she already told him to hold off on the drink, i felt really bad for robert he was very sweet to me and didnt deserve to be treated like that. i hope some of the staff gets trained on how to deal with stress during busy times because you dont do that to your team. robert was great.

Forgot half my order, but they did fix the situation. After a few questions, asking for a receipt when they didn’t give me one. But quickly brought missing items and the receipt which clearly showed what I ordered. So give the place 5 stars cause they made things right in the end and the guy who brought our food was fantastic and kind and very polite!

Why do I go to other McDonald’s? And if I forget one small thing, get to the second window like a soda the other McDonald’s will charge me. But this McDonald’s always tells you, to go back around the drive through. Like, I understand if it’s a big order, I could see you saying that. But for something small like a soda, I just don’t get it.

This McDonalds frequently gives the Albuquerque special (missing items, wrong food). Today I went in after going all the way home because I decided I wasn’t going to let it slide with them forgetting my ‘grinch fries’. I asked for them to give me the fries and the extra sauce I paid for, and politely suggested that maybe they could give me some Grinch socks for my trouble. They tell me she has to ask her manager but they probs won’t do it because they didn’t get many of them, which is just a weak, poorly thought out excuse, but whatever. This grown man manager comes over looking super pissy and gives me the Grinch salt and my sauce, forgetting the fries. I tried correcting him and he snaps at me, saying I didn’t mention the fries. Like bruh, what are some medium fries really going to set you back? He gives me my fries, I try to be courteous and polite saying thank you and he walked away in this nebbish pissy little attude, not even acknowledging it. I realize I look lightweight homeless because I’m in my depression era, but they’re fries man, no one is trying to hustle you for fries on a 30$ order. Then I got home and my wife tells me they screwed up her burger too.

Every time I order no cheese and no pickles and onions I get cheese and no pickles and onions I don’t know what it is with cheese everybody loves cheese on their hamburger I am lactose intolerant with the yucky cheeses like American cheese It’s pretty nasty so I keep getting that and then I have to go back in and then they recook the hamburger to cook off the cheese which is weird but hey it tastes good and you know like McDonald’s everywhere you go McDonald’s is always good you know whether you’re here in you know Albuquerque or you’re over there in New York City fries are the fries and they’re so good
