Just ok.
I had the burger and fries. I ordered the burger medium and I got it over well-done. It was dry and not much flavor, despite having bacon, avocado and thousand-island dressing on it. The fries must have been put in a water and baking soda wash/soak, because they were very starchy, and not much flavor.
My friend ordered the Eggs Benedict. Not sure they can call it that. It was a fried egg (not poached) on a dry English muffin. My friend said the holandaise sauce also did not taste well and he loves Eggs Benedict.
The ambiance was weird. When I walked in, it had a bar on one end (near the golf course) and the rest was a large room with tables that looked like a convention room with tables. Wasn’t sure if it was even the restaurant.
The service was friendly, but lacking speed, or follow-up. The server came “near” my table, but never turned around to see if we needed anything. I had to flag down a different person to get extra dressing for my dry burger, but they never came back. I eventually got the attention of our server and asked her to get it.
We wanted to try this place because our other friend had a 15％ Off Coupon, but even with that, its not worth the price.

Gorgeous property, wonderful & attentive service – very much appreciated, food off the happy hour menu was excellent & drinks were perfect! We sat outside for the beautiful views w/ vibrant flowers everywhere, sun was starting to go down, felt magical. Was Such a delightful experience overall!!

Ok… so this place is just fantastic! Epic in every way. My darling and I went there for dinner, and we were so impressed, we went back the next day for lunch. Every dish we had was just wonderful. Beef Dip, Shrimp Poke Bowl, Club Sandwich and a Rueben Sandwich… All Incredible!!!
But the most astounding thing is how wonderfully friendly, accommodating, welcoming, and just darn professional, every staff member we met were. Managers… Felicia and Kenneth should be proud of this sincere staff! Ellie and Leslie, were our servers, both excellent. Saul and Fransisco were support staff and deserve a commendation for their truly excellent service, and last but definitely not least was the genuine and sincerely welcoming smile of Daniella in the bar. I am happy to write this review because they made our two visits memorable. We will definitely be back! Thank you Mountain View Grille. You really hit it out of the park! ️

Thank you to Jon, Felisha, and crew for orchestrating a luncheon for 100 people for my dad’s funeral reception in less than 2 weeks. My sister did all the hard work and spoke to many other venues but Jon and Felisha stood out the most. They were supportive, enthusiastic, and SO kind especially with 30 kids running around. The food was delicious. 10/10 will return for casual dining with the family. Keep up the great work!

I’ll get straight to it…. the inside dinning area literally looks like the dinning room of an Assisted Living community!! Soooo dated and sterile! Just down right ugly. Some easy and simple updates could at least help but old dark heavy tables and chairs that sit way to low (esp at the bar!!) old carpet, plain walls with no decor of any kind and you have what amounts to a nursing home feel. It’s unfortunate because the service and food is exceptional! If you go at BF lunch or early dinner … sit outside … the furniture is new and the view is great. Makes the food taste even better.

Excellent service, all staffs are super helpful, beautiful ground, delicious food, nice view of golf course and mountain with outdoor fire lit and outdoor heating. This is a really nice place to go for a relaxing breakfast and very affordable. Pleny of seats. Highly recommend.

If you’re staying at the Double Tree hotel EAT HERE!! Beautiful property and we love the happy hour. Staff were all nice and food was quality and flavorful.
There were some errors and wait times were a while but a great experience overall.
