All throughout my entire time here.There was a warning beeping in the dinning room. No one cared/attempted to get it shut off. If there’s only one person to handle the system’s how about training others to maintain a decent dining room and/or the restaurant in it’s entirety.

I like this McDonalds. Fast service but this is the second time I have ordered at this McDonalds an unsweet iced tea and they gave me sweet tea. Do you know how that messes up a persons taste buds? lol! There is no way I can drink tea with sugar in it. The worst part is because I have had a problem with this I asked the girl when she handed me the tea at the drive thru window if it was unsweet tea she said “yes mam” . She is the one who filled the cup so she knew it was sweet tea but gave it to me anyway even after I asked her. I think they rush the drive through so fast she didn’t want to admit she made a mistake and slow the drive thru down. .

Ordered on the app like 45 minutes before breakfast ended, a friend of mine went to pick up the order, had her waiting at the speaker for at least 20 minutes!!! This unacceptable and then they had the audacity of when she got to the window they told her the order “HAD” to be refunded because it was already lunch time. She was at the speaker before 10:59! We ordered on the app for a reason!

Dont go to this McDonald’s!! After waiting 40 minutes for our food we went inside and they told us our order was no longer active cuz no one was available to do our order. They told us we had to make a new order which was going to be another 30-50 minutes wait. We were very unhappy with the service and how they handled things. We were still charged for the order we never got and werent offered a refund. We will not be going to this McDonald’s anymore!!

Waiting until they finished the conversation to be able to pay at the counter because the machine wasn’t working. The coffee was great, and the cookies were fresh , but the service was terrible

Of all McDonald’s restaurants this one is my favorite. It’s got a hometowney atmosphere, the people are friendly, they’re open twenty-four hours, there’s two televisions featuring the news, and there’s plenty of seating room. Their service isn’t always the greatest, but the managers are always willing to fix things and make it right. Another plus, they give free refills on their coffee!

It sure how difficult it is to get the whole process of McDonalds wrong, but this location sure does not run by the McDonalds manual.
Automated booth wasn’t working, the lady who took my order really didn’t care about my order, (older lady who helped her out was excellent though, hence 2 stars), food was awful and the amenities poor.
Positives of the place… plenty of parking, very clean store and quite modern.
Cheap meal though, but wasn’t worth the stop or the waiting time.
