If you’re looking for fast food and fast service, this is NOT the place to go. Wasted my entire lunch break waiting on my order. Apparently no one made my food because the manager went on break? The person who took our order told me “I have no idea who’s waiting on what order because it’s not my area.” I did get a lot of apologies and the folks I interacted with were respectful. The dining area was not clean and the food was as expected.

There was apparently a water main break that caused restaurants in the area to close so this store was very busy. It took 20 min to walk in, order ad get back to our roadtrip. Overall, decent food & service.

So I decided to get Burger King today, I definitely shouldn’t have. Literally all I got was a double Whopper with cheese add Mayo ketchup and lettuce. Took over 20 minutes just to get my food, then I realize it’s wrong it has everything on it, so I go in to get my burger that I ordered, they give me a single Whopper with barely any ketchup mayo and lettuce. Like come on man are you really that incompetent that you can’t make a burger with three things on it and cheese?. Definitely not coming back.

I’m giving this restaurant 1 star. Reason being why? They don’t properly understand how to not hold food until it’s cold hard and unsafe to be serving and will still put it in the bag anyways. I eat here on the regular. And 9/10 times, my fries or any fried food ordered with the order is old. This is mainly night shifts problem. There’s no reason for the only thing enjoyable out of a meal ticket, is the burger/ drink. Fries trash, chicken, trash, they need to learn to teach their employees not to hold products that aren’t being served as often late at night, and to tell people there will be a wait when ordering certain items, I’m sure anyone would rather wait for fresh food to be dropped than to be served old cold food over and over each time they come here.

The ghost pepper Whopper was amazing. Looked pretty cool too… I like hot stuff and it was pretty hot. Not too hot but just right. Iced coffee was good as usual. They are really nice there as well.

Perimeter of restaurant is littered with debris. Garbage can stuffed to overflowing on 2 consecutive visits. No impossible Burger available on either visit. No iced tea available (I was told “first shift didn’t make any”) Received my meal in a Christmas bag in mid- February. This location is one the worst fast food restaurants in the area.
