First time at twin peaks and it won’t be my last! Sat at the bar on a Monday around 2pm. Just before happy hour started. Upon seating, I was immediately greeted by a very friendly bartender named Kendal. She asked me what I wanted to drink and I told her it was my first time here. She gave me all the time I needed and she and the other bartender that I don’t remember her name told me about the happy hour specials and what they recommended. I ended up ordering a dirty blonde and knocky brunette beer. Both were served in a towering 22 oz stein and served ice cold (as advertised)! Now I know they weren’t too busy at this time and being friendly is part of their job, but it was really nice to get an experience like that for a change!

Five days ago! (January 20) The place looks really cool and has a great atmosphere.
The servers were very nice and friendly, and the host was flexible and let me choose where I wanted to sit—either a table or the bar (I’m 21+).
The restroom was clean, and I had no issues.
I also left a small thank-you letter with some anime fan art as a fun gesture of appreciation. Overall, a good experience, and I’d come back or stop by again. I live far away, by the way.

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing and poorly handled experience.
We went to Twin Peaks for an important family occasion — a farewell gathering for my daughter. We arrived at 11:30 PM, placed food and drink orders, and were clearly informed by our server (Alana) at 11:44 PM that the kitchen would close at 12:30 AM and the restaurant at 1:00 AM.
At 12:00 AM, we were informed that the kitchen closing time had been moved up to 12:15 AM, per management’s decision, without prior notice and while guests were still actively dining.
I had to leave briefly to assist my son due to a car breakdown. When I returned at 12:40 AM, which was still before the stated 1:00 AM closing time, the doors were locked, and we were not allowed to re-enter. We were simply told the restaurant was closed, with no explanation or effort to resolve the situation.
My wife and daughter were treated in a manner that felt dismissive and disrespectful, and the food that had already been ordered was provided in takeout containers, without acknowledgment of the circumstances or an apology.
I am 55 years old and have visited many restaurants around the world. This experience stood out for the lack of professionalism, communication, and respect for paying customers. A business that does not honor its own operating hours or handle situations with basic courtesy is difficult to recommend.
Based on this experience, I will not be returning and do not recommend this location to others.

So this place, I’d love to have one in Charleston, SC. It feels like it’ll be a good place to hangout and watch all the sport games. The women behind the bar wore rubber boots cause it gets pretty wet back there. The actual women serving were in some sexy regular boots which I could imagine alil uncomfortable for a shift. The beer was right at 29 degrees and they had plenty of it, also great deals on shots and liquor drinks. I enjoyed my time there, the food was basically kinda like tailgating food, not bad, not perfect but it did good enough. I’d definitely come back to visit and drink. I did enjoy the outfits too (best part)

Huge restaurant. No wait. We sat at the bar for our meal as there was just 2 of us. A bit slow on service yo start but it kicked in and the staff was attentive. Food was good and came out in good time. Definitely will go again
