The parking situation is a nightmare. You have to download an app or something to park and they may tow your car. I shouldn’t need an app to park at a restaurant. Drive through was slow. Door dash and like services beware, unless you have their special app use the drive through and if they dont let you pick up there just know that parking anywhere nearby will get you towed fast. This place isnt worth the hassle. Best to refuse to take orders from here.

I’m newly working in Auburn this is my 5th day here googled nearest chik fil an and this popped up. Thought it was odd to drive thru a garage but let me tell you. Two lanes at once and one worker by himself Steven made the lanes go quickly needs a promotion and raise. Where I’m from in Columbus Ga they have about 4 people doing this two in each lane and it still takes forever. I love the establishment. I gave the food a 3 because my cookie wasn’t warm like I usually get it were I’m from. I got one dressing and I was missing one of the toppings and lettuce was brown in salad

First of all. I asked for a Smokey bbq bacon sandwich. I told them not once nore twice but three time. They didn’t ask me what type of sauce I wanted or anything. Next thing you know I’m pulling up by the window. They give me my food. They didn’t even put my Smokey bbq bacon sandwich in MY ORDER. Was I mad? Yes cause I was very hungry and ain’t had nothing eat. And the Mac and cheese was dry and had no flavor. Respectfully but beside that atmosphere was great. If the worker ain’t hear me they could’ve asked nicely again.

I don’t know how much I appreciate what the team has done for me. I had a catering order they made it in an hour. Tried helping me get my car wheel locked from Auburn towing company. And they forgot to give me a gallon of sweet tea they came to drop off at the location as I was unable to return.

I really enjoy going to this spot due to the unique aspect of the drive through option being in a parking deck and it being so close to the university.
The usual thing that I get here and at other establishments of Chick-fil-A is 2 of their chill chicken wraps with avocado like dressing with a large waffle fries. It is so good, so good.
The customer service is always great here if not better than any of the ones I’ve been to.

Hands down, this was the best Chick-fil-A experience I’ve ever had—and it was all because of Ayana. She was working mobile window on 4/7/2025 and from the moment I interacted with her, she radiated warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness. Chick-fil-A is known for top-tier customer service, but Ayana takes it to another level. She was pleasant, attentive, and made me feel truly valued as a customer.
Ayana has that rare combination of grace, charm, and work ethic that you just don’t come across often. On top of that, she’s absolutely stunning—her smile and presence light up the place.
