I had an amazing experience at Shake Shack, and I have to give special recognition to Jesus. He was assisting everyone in the store with whatever they needed, and his service was truly remarkable. I honestly haven’t seen customer service like this in years..I was in awe.

The food was amazing as always, but what really stood out was Jesus’ outstanding customer service. He made the entire experience unforgettable. I truly appreciate him and can’t wait to come back. I live right around the corner, and my husband and I will definitely be visiting at least once a week. Thank you, Jesus, for such an incredible experience!

My last visit to Shake shack in Buckhead ATL last week was a terrible experience. And I’ve been patronizing since the original NYC location. That evening ordered dine in via kiosk and took # card. I waited over 20 minutes and was shocked and upset to see two groups of people who ordered after me, get their food before I did! This was so humiliating, to have to get up twice to ask almost beg as to what happened to my order of first time trying the French onion burger a double, with lettuce on it. The only saving grace was a visiting worker also from NYC who was very kind and tried to help but still my order was fumbled!. Then after my third time getting up, it was realized that my order wrongly put take out & bagged, instead of dine in! This location is not even a busy but slow location. Unlike
NYC where lines with 10-20+ people so it was ridiculous to have to wait so long when I was hungry after a work out 3 hours earlier. Practically begging for the Shake shack food I paid for watching others after me ger there’s first
Ridiculous and what a careless and mistake that does make sense I felt so t’s disrespected and insulting as if I’m not worthy to sit and dine it at this Buckhead location. And where I’ve been about 7 times before but thus was the worst! I suspect because I have a unique unusual name, there was some bias. And so I was relegated like a dog to just eat at home in this bagged meal. Your workers here need to learn cultural sensitivity and to read orders properly and not dismiss others or fear mispronouncing unique names. The guest worker from NY offered me a free drink, as some type of consolation for this mistake which didn’t make up for this mishap. Ironically the one I preferred the passionfruit mango I believe. Then my burger was not hot & fresh but luke warm. And it was sloppy as anothet mistake, no bun but made in a lettuce wrap! When on customize I chose to add rlettuce as an add on.
It was a sloppy mess, could barley enjoy it… So I had to get up again ask for a warm bun. Already wasted too much time there over 45 minutes. So was not wasting any additional time to redo this French onion burger as my car on the street parking meter.

I was so upset and annoyed and disrespected I pay for this insult than injury. I then talked for a manager who seemed indifferent. She did offere me a refund which I dis accept med because why pay to be treated terribly and for such a sloppy burger.I doubt I’ll ever return here or any Shake Shack. I’m so glad there are other small locally owned great tasting smash burger spots, where my order will be correct and I will be treated with dignity.

Our recent visit to Shake Shack was truly delightful. The atmosphere was inviting, and the environment was clean and comfortable. The meals were served promptly, arriving at the perfect temperature, and were absolutely delicious.

A special commendation goes to Zay, our customer service assistant. Zay was incredibly polite, attentive, and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Her exceptional service made our dining experience even more enjoyable.

Overall, everything was very, very lovely. I wholeheartedly give Shake Shack a 5 out of 5 and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal with outstanding service.

I Like the food the environment, but the service experience was horrible. I ordered dine-in, and there are two couple sitting next to me, they are both white. They bring their food to their table, but shouting my number and ask me to pickup the food at the counter. I honestly don’t know why they did that, It was sooo bad. It was a Friday night and my mood was great before this. Shake shack is my favorite burger place but now I don’t know if I should like them anymore. Shame on them.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I tried the bacon cheeseburger and fries, and everything hit the spot. The burger was juicy, flavorful, and cooked to order, while the crinkle-cut fries were crispy and delicious. Service was fast and friendly, making the whole experience even better. Definitely worth the visit if you’re in Atlanta and craving a quality burger!

Jesus was the most phenomenal cashier. Personable, he gave directions so everyone ordered efficiently and was so courteous. Genuinely appreciated coming somewhere whether there is still great customer service. One of the best run shake shacks I’ve been to.
