Great spot with great food portions for a good price. Had the UFO and it lives up to the hype. The fries were soft inside and crispy on the outside!! Nice outdoor seating with friendly staff. Would absolutely come again.

The food was great, even though it is a little pricey, beeing in the niddle of the historic street. But still is very cost effective if you compare it with other joints on the same street. All in all, a very good place to stop and get a grab to eat. The ladies working there were very nice and the service was quick, so no complaints here 🙂

The pulled pork UGO with the lime and the hot Howler Monkey hot sauce was excellent with a cold Pacifico! The staff was warm and welcoming! I would highly recommend. It is light enough were you can still walk around and see St. Augustine!

I had the Baja Style birria shredded beef UFO at 10/10 spiciness, which was quite good! It’s like a crunchwrap supreme with fresher ingredients. It actually had a solid kick to it in terms of spice. In the future, I think I’d do refried beans, steak, and the works instead because I think that would complement the flavor palate more.

Before starting to work, I went to Burrito Works Taco Shop on St George Street in historic downtown St Augustine. I bought two crunchy tacos with green chili marinated pork. They have a fast selection of two styles of toppings. The Works or Baja style. I chose one of each. They were both “Two Thumbs Up” but, I preferred The Works over Baja style. I’ve been there several times and they are great every time.

The food.is really good, and the workers are Top Shelf. I met Ian today and he was respectful and a hard worker and I got a UFO burrito that was perfection…no extra sauces required. Big props to the salsa recipes and whatnot they are really good too. The Jarritos and Mexican Cokes are the real deal there too! Top Shelf place. JWB 03/03/2026

Best Best Best crispy tacos ever!! So good!!! First favorite. 2nd favorite is the UFO. They FRY cheese on the outside. Shut the front door…it is awesome.all the sauces are fresh and good. They have white cheese queso. Great prices, watch your food cook, and sit and eat. Easy to get to on St. George st.
The staff here works so hard, and deals with some of the rudest customers I have ever seen. As a local, tourist sometimes think just becuase they are on vacation they can treat people however they want. I work close to this taco shop and eat here often. The staff works fast and efficient. If you you leave a negative reviews it is most likely becuase you have acted rudely and out of line. Be kind.
