When we order from this location we order 20+ pizza EVERY TIME. This location never fails to have our order ready on time. They have never gotten our orders wrong. They seem genuinely excited to have us there. The staff has always been super friendly too.

I don’t normally write many reviews but I felt this one needed to be written. I went into the store to redeem my free pizza from a previous error of my pizza. I ordered 2 bags of bread sticks. Right after I left my boyfriend opens one of the bags and starts to eat a bread stick, next thing I know he is taking the food out of his mouth because something was in it. It was long white straw looking things. I immediately turned around and went back to the store and at this point I’m mad
I go in demand the manager and showed her this stuff and she’s like oh that’s from the butter brush. Never once did she apologize. I picked up the pieces and tossed it on the counter towards her and then hell broke out. She started yelling at me telling me I just threw that at her, she’s not fixing my order, she’ll refund me and telling me to get out of the store. She was also doing this in front of a customer. Of course I was yelling back at her and told her I was calling corp. She refused to tell me her name and the employees had to come tell her to stop. She was out of control. She’s the manager with the purple/pink in her hair.

I have no idea how the food is. I do however know that I witnessed an injustice tonight around 7pm. A gentleman in front of me was trying to order for his kids and the person I would assume is the manager did not behave appropriately. He was rude and refused to allow the guy to order. They were extremely short staffed but no one deserves to be treated the way this guy was especially by a manager and the manager wouldn’t give him his name. DO BETTER!!! Treat people like they are human and not garbage. It’s awful to witness.

Front person must’ve been new. But nice enough. When order came out server slid across counter. I had to ask for a bag and that was slid across the counter too with no assistance to bag (female looking oriental).no customer service.
