Great service as expected!! This location was extremely clean and lively. The workers pay so much attention to detail including helping with menu items down to grabbing the tiniest piece of trash as they walk by. For the most part, this was a pretty young group working (from what I could tell) and was even more impressed by the professionalism!

It was delicious as always the drive thru was a little confusing first time using it. Asked for root beer didn’t have that stated only coke products. I thought barqs was a coke product. The service was quick friendly staff pull around walking my hot fresh food to me. Can’t beat that. Chicken nuggets and waffle fries lots of dipping sauce. Bring the chicken salad sandwich back that would make a great add on. Thank you.

They were quick through the drive through, and although I should have checked my bag they were missing a food item(mind you we live about 40miles away) so I called to explain my frustration in which I was met with someone said to have been a manager they assured me they would give me a refund in the form a reward on the app not the combo for the inconvenience. Guess if that’s the service you get I’ll try the Zaxby’s across the street now.

I got my order through the drive thru, I noticed they didn’t put the cfa sauce. Which is completely fine, i understand. But when I said “hey ma’am” she turned around looked at me and kept walking away. So I pulled up to the door they walk out from & she said “ are you wanting on something else?” I said “I need cfa sauce, it was forgotten”. I saw only one in her hand before she walked out, I said can I get 2 please. She didn’t hear, I said it again & she literally rolled her eyes at me, huffed got another. Then handed it to me, I said “thank you!!” She rolled her eyes, had a crappy look and walked away…. Her service and customer service was AWFUL & RUDE.

I just had a bad experience at this store. My husband and I drove from Florida to Dyersburg. We drove through and took our order as we checked into our nearby hotel. Both original chicken sandwiches were burnt. If we weren’t exhausted we would have brought them right back. My husband was so hungry he ate his. I couldn’t. It actually looks lighter in the photo than the dark brown it was.
