I love subways food and typically this store is a very good one fairly quick polite employees and the work environment is clean which I find important in the food industry one thing that I find difficult is that it is hard to count on them right now because of random closings due to Covid even in terms of pick up or take outMy only recommendation would be to not necessarily count on the hours listed on Google I don’t believe they’re updated to reflect the pandemic but other than that I think it’s in a great location next to the gas station right at the corner of 35 and State Road eight so if you’re passing through need some food and they’re open it’s definitely worth the stop

4 people working, took them 10 minutes just to make my sandwich. Get to the cashier and she’s counting the drawer and has me standing there waiting until she’s done. Another 5 minutes there. Go to fill my drink, no ice. Food was good, polite people. Used the restroom after I was done with my meal. Very gross bathroom, blood on the toilet, you can tell they haven’t cleaned in awhile.

My husband and I ordered a wrap and one footlong sandwich there was a young lady and a young man working the young lady was nice the man had us pay while I was ordering he had gloves on we paid in cash so he had to touch all the money and proceeded to then finish our sandwiches , so my husband asked him to change his gloves and instead he washed his hands with the gloves on ( can they not change gloves)? Then when he was rolling up my wrap a lot of the chicken and cheese fell out of it in to all the lettuce and tomatoes he didn’t seem that concerned about . So I’m pretty sure we will not be returning!!!!

My sandwich was good but we had ordered 4 sandwiches they were extremely slow which didn’t have a problem with that but when was ringing it up and taking about coupon the other girl didn’t put the chicken on one of the sandwiches and charged me for a drink I didn’t receive when I called to tell them the 1st girl hung on me.when I called back I was not happy then that girl was quite rude and acted as if i were lying!! Very rude and unprofessional I have never filled out survey on Facebook before but this time was extremely dissatisfied

Worst sandwiches we ever received. So much meat was no place to put vegetables, by the time we got home, the all the vegetables were in the wrapper, not on the sandwiches. What a mess. The girls were friendly, the boy needs taught the portion of meat that goes on a sandwich.

I have a complaint about the Subway at 910 South Heaton Street, Knox Indiana. You have a cashier there who has a poor attitude and needs to be fired.
I asked for a gift card for $15.00. When I did, she told me the cash register didn’t make gift cards for $15 and started complaining about the cash register.
I told her i wanted a gift card for $20.00. She started the transaction, and i told her i changed my mind, and i wanted a gift card for $5.00 and one for $10.00.
She “told her co workers “I want to go home, ” and they all started gabbing, saying,”They wanted to go home. ” The manager did nothing.
She started the second transaction, and I asked her to wait after the first one until i wrote down the amount of the first gift card, so i did not mix the gift cards up,
She told me, “The machine doesn’t wait, and I must make the transaction now,” and she and her co workers started gabbing again, saying they wanted “to go home.”
I told her i was writing the amount of the gift card down, so i would not mix the gift cards up. It would just take a minute. I had to scramble to write the amount down.
Your customers are not there to compensate for the machines at Subways, or for the cashiers, Your customers are there for customer service and to be served. That is what the customers pay for.
If the cashier had not made her comments, she would not have caused herco-workerss to all do the same. While causing a scene with her co workers. I will not be at that Subway again.

Very poor service. Every time I drive all the way to subway they are closed 30+ minutes before they close. They are very rude. I also placed an online order went to pick it up and they were closed, talked to the girl that was there. She said the manager would contact me to get my money. I never heard from the manager, still haven’t gotten my money back! They are always out of stuff. I will contact corporate over all this. I did take pictures of them in there cleaning and also have pics of the times the photo’s were taken! It says online that they close at 8pm. They wouldn’t serve me and a few others when it was 7:10 pm! Subway in Knox Indiana sucks!
