They changed their name to “Chili & Lime by Exotic Thai”. On top of that they have a sushi bar inside and menu under “Sushi Su.” They’re located on the north side of Thousand Oaks Blvd. The parking is free but the lot is small with other shops and restaurants. Not a fan of hearing the next table’s conversation or being bumped with their chair. The service was okay. I enjoyed the food and ordered some to go. Limited options for lunch specials, but extensive menu otherwise. Their pricing isn’t bad either.

This business was rude, even though I walked in way before closing, they did not stop coming up to me, asking if I was ready to order. I wasn’t given time to look at the menu completely. I asked them if they would like me to go since they’re already close to closing and all I got for a response was the “kitchen is on lunch so you must order now.”
I had more than enough time to try their food, but I’m still gonna give them a one star. Their customer service was Something that needs a lot of work. I couldn’t even enjoy or absorb the atmosphere since they kicked me out basically even though they have the front door still open at 3:13 PM

The chicken satay was SOOO good. The chicken was marinated perfectly that it melted in our mouths. And, the peanut sauce that goes with it, (insert chef’s kiss), was delicious! We also ordered the yummy pad see ew!

I’ve no idea why they put only one napkin for a person. Disgusting.
Tom yum was good. But pineapple curry was really bad if you compare to other restaurants. The color and consistence are not good. It seems it was used not real coconut milk, but powder.

Absolutely phenomenal! The panang curry was the best I’ve ever had. Didn’t realize there was Thai this good this close. We were driving to Malibu for Thai food that was sometimes as good as this visit. Happy to have found this and will be back again. The sticky mango rice was also a delightful treat to top it off. I loved the atmosphere as well. They also brought out a kids plate for my 3 year old, which was quite pleasant.

This was my first time trying Thai food….and it was delicous!! If you love spicy food do medium heat for you food! The Yellow curry with the potatoes were a good cool down form the spick drunken noodles and soup! The hot wings were sooo delicious and crispy!
I’m going to come back here more often!
The only down side was that I would like to have more napkins! I felt like when I asked they only gave me one more napkin lol .
But other than that food was delicious! First time Thai eaters need to try this place!

There are quite a few decent Thai restaurants in the Conejo Valley & several of them are very popular beyond what I would consider expected for the quality of their food. This Exotic Thai, though, is always a reliable go-to for my Thai food cravings. The quality of the food is always consistent & delicious. The staff is courteous & efficient. And I can usually get seated here without waiting half an hour like some other Thai restaurants in the area.
I haven’t had everything on the menu but a few things stand out, like the pad see u, & the tom yum noodle soup with shrimp. Just good quality, fresh & tasty Thai food with a menu of most of the usual Thai food entrees.
It’s located in the Palm Plaza shopping center & parking can be a little tight but I usually don’t have much trouble finding a spot. The restaurant itself is large & airy & can accommodate larger groups easily.

Food is delicious. Authentic. Can tell the chefs to make the food actually spicy. Waiters handle to go orders and dine-in customers so they get busy. Relaxing when no one else is dining in. Other conversations can get loud and distracting.
