Have been coming to this McDonald’s for awhile now however tonight was one of the worst experiences . I had an order from the previous night and the food was cold and not what I ordered. I was in a time crunch and couldn’t return it right away . I go to return it tonight and the heavy set manager with the little hair gave me an attitude and said I should have brung it back the same night . I wanted my order remade however I just decided getting a refund was the better option . He is very unprofessional has a extremely bad attitude and was very rude . I do not recommend going if he is on shift . Oh and if you do please don’t ask for any substitutions like no salt on fries or light ice in a drink or he will roll his eyes and say rude things ..! Very disappointed in the service I received .

I went into the store to order my food because the drive thru was extremely backed up. When I went into the store, I stood there for at least 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Finally someone said I will be with you shortly. The woman was extremely rude while I was ordering, she wasn’t listening to what I was asking for. My order came up and I left. One of the items that I ordered was a large coffee with 3 Splenda and cream…pretty simple. When I got my order and went to my car I took a sip of coffee…no cream, no Splenda. I went back into the store and asked that she add the Splenda and cream, she stated that she already has done it. I took the lid off the cup and showed her, she handed me 3 creams and said the Splenda was already in the drink. A man that was standing there as long as I was, looked at me “great service”. We both shook our heads. This woman appeared to be the morning manager, she has absolutely NO customer service skills. Watching the way they ignore people walking into their business, they should just lock the doors. I will never go back to this McDonalds

Really great service compared to other McDonald’s in the area. Makes it tempting to get cookies, fries, or breakfast more frequently than I ought to. For best experience, order ahead through the app. I appreciate the fact that drive through wait time isn’t too bad even in the late morning hours when they’re switching from dinner to breakfast.

I’ve been a Belcher & Ulmerton Rd. McDonald’s customer for many years. I now use the drive-thru exclusively and have to say it’s an absolute pleasure to have my order taken by Stephanie Nelson early in the morning. Great Voice (very cheerful, professional & uplifting). Great way to start the day!

Just left there was greeted with a very loud and rude, ”Hello” on the speaker box while I said I was waiting for my app to generate my code for my points and I said hello Please be patient I am waiting on my code OK I am ready, She still did not enter my code, fast forward to the window where she slammed it on me TWICE and did not give me my receipt, where I had to wait three minutes for her to give me the wrong receipt, Where I had to go to The next window for a very lovely Young lady to help me get my receipt and my food and settle the whole thing because she actually did her job. The rude young lady was wearing a red long wig this day and she was wearing braces I am placing this very review. Don’t go into customer service if you don’t plan on using customer service skills.

Ordered 10 sausage egg mcmuffins .After30 minutes asked where my order. Lady checked and came back saying they forgot. Watch them for 10 minutes more and told them they where making ham mcmuffins. Lady got mad and said no, being late for meeting I left with no food. I lost $50.16

They will serve you what THEY want you to have, not what you actually order. I ordered a double quarter w/cheese, no pickle, sub diced onion instead of slivered onion. Guess what I was given? A double quarter, NO CHEESE, 13 pickles and NO ONION at all. That was my most recent (and final) visit to this particular location. There is a really good one on Roosevelt Blvd right in front of Walmart (Largo Supercenter). But Ulmerton is an absolute dud!
