I’m a little late to the Raising Cane’s trend and finally decided to try it last night. It was really busy and crowded, which I expected. However, when I got to the drive‑thru window to place my order, the person taking my order kept rushing me. Before I could finish a sentence, they were already asking another question and not giving me a chance to speak. I asked why they were doing that, and they said they were busy, gave a sarcastic apology, and then continued the same behavior.
The food itself was delicious, and the rest of the staff were very friendly. Unfortunately, the experience with the person taking the drive‑thru order really put a damper on the visit. I’m not sure I’d return to this location because of that interaction.

The chicken is moist. I wish they would offer dark meat. I don’t like white meat even though it’s moist.
French fries were pretty good. The toast is to live for!! The lemonade is delicious. I couldn’t tell if it was fresh squeezed but the sugar balance was great. The food is a bit pricey. I’ve never had the sandwiches so I can’t review them.

Highly disappointed I ordered a caniac combo and only got a 4 piece -_- I usually don’t come to this canes location but canes never failed me so I did not feel the need to double check everything next time I’ll just drive to my trusty tippecanoe location even though its an extra 15 20 min drive

Fontana drivers cutting in line as it loops around the parking lot. $40 for two four piece meals with soggy fries and no straws given in the drive through. That’s what you have to look forward to here, good luck.

10/18/24 at about 6:30 pm waited in long line for two caniac combos get home to eat as a family and our food is so salty you could barely eat the food. We called the restaurant to notify them that the food is salty and they tell us that they would re do the order but we have to take it bad to them the meals are not complete anymore. We were not going waste an hour and half to drive back wait for the food to be re done and then come back home what are we going to eat at 10 pm no way. And on top of that waste gas again. Come on canes really not cool at all after a long day of work just wanted a nice dinner. So disappointed in the service.

They make the food pretty fast, and it always manages to taste good. Plus, their lemonade is AMAZING. Also great customer service, super friendly. Made a mistake on my order and fixed it asap. Thanks guys, 10/10!

When I took a few sips of the lemonade drink it felt something on my tonsils as I was drinking. Tried it a few more times and ended up throwing my sandwich combo and drink away. With the stories about fast food places not cleaning their deink machines. Will continue to go to Ontario Mills location. Never had a problem there.

Food is okay. Its missing seasoning. My only issue with my visit, is that i only got one cane sauce and was being charged .49 cents for an extra cup of sauce. At this particular location, my chicken strips were very small and were more like clumps.

Chicken strips were nice and hot, and the fries were just the right crispness. Their sauce is delicious, and the lemonade was freshly squeezed! If you’ve never been, then definitely check them out!!! The only reason for 4 stars is the price…not the cheapest. It was $30 for me and my husband!

First timer, after hearing about it so much, I enjoy the food, it was delicious. It’s simple and straight forward which I like. Affordable, 2 combos, I added toast and coleslaw because the chicken sandwich doesn’t come with it but the total was 20.64. Not bad!! Can’t wait to go again honestly.
