Nice place for breakfast or a meal, food is constantly good, atmosphere is comfortable.
The staff is lacking basic convivial attitude: looking at you and a acknowledging you
by saying hi or just with a smile. That goes for management too.
It makes your visit nicer and on top of that you remember it for ever. A smile makes our day!

I must agree as I am reading reviews! This use to be my 2 go spot not anymore the bread is hard and the treats taste nothing like they use to , last time we got food which was very recently the bread hard , treats awful and my mother salad had a hair in it , hopefully things turn around

It’s 9:22 in the morning. I was the second car in line at 9:02. I’m still waiting for my bagel. If I hadn’t pulled so closely to the car in front of me, I would’ve left by now. I finally et my bagel at 9:25. The guy that handed me my bag has the dirtiest nails I’ve ever seen. I will not buy food here again because I don’t want that touching my food and this bagel will go in the trash. Clean hands and nails should be a requirement when handling food!

This Panera seems to be but smaller in seating than around Lansdale but it’s probably due to how they separated the dining room.
Either way, my experience here was good and the gentleman at the counter was very helpful. It was around 9:30am and my husband wanted lunch but on Sunday they don’t start the lunch menu until 11am. The gentleman was very helpful by telling us that they are able to accommodate him but informed us the soup and flatbread pizza was not an option.
Location is a bit weird since it sits on a main road but entering it is not directly into their parking lot.
Staff was very friendly and courteous.
Service was on point.
Food prices are standard for the chain.
Cleanliness needs a bit of little elbow grease in the ladies bathroom and drink station.
Overall it was a good experience.

I really wanted to like Pantera (Google autocorrected that. I’m leaving it.) I like bread. I like sandwiches. I like soups. I’m a simple person with a simple palate.
We got French onion soup that was dishwater, a little bread, and cheese that was not broiled on top. That’s almost unforgivable.
We got a steak and cheese sandwich… with horseradish and pickled red onions. Why not focus on making a good steak and cheese before attempting to get clever with condiments and veggies?
We got a children’s [some kind of sliced deli meat] and cheese sandwich that looked like it was constructed solely by gravity and chance. Uncut. Uncut!? Who doesn’t cut a child’s sandwich into triangles?
We paid far too much for far too little. I almost can’t write this; I think I’d prefer to forget the experience.

Well this has to be the worst Panera in the entire county. Ordered two coffees from the drive-thru. We were in line over 20 mins. We eventually left because there had been no movement. Dear Panera … Learn to park cars or get rid of your drive thru!!!

Sometimes it is a hit or miss at this location. I could be the only person in line at 8am and it still takes 10 mins after ordering to wait for a bagel and treat. Other then wait times staff is usually friendly and helpful.
