We have been regular customers, ordering delivery from Pollo Tropica every week. However, we have repeatedly experienced issues with our orders, particularly with the Caesar salad, which consistently arrives without dressing. Despite raising this issue on multiple occasions, we have received unsatisfactory responses from your customer service team.
Today’s experience, unfortunately, was the final straw. Our order was stolen, and when we contacted customer service, we were treated poorly. We were refused a refund for the express delivery fee, and the salad still arrived without dressing. Additionally, the chicken was overcooked, making the entire order a disappointment.
We hope that Pollo Tropica takes this complaint seriously and takes immediate steps to ensure that such issues do not continue. We expect proper customer service and compensation for today’s order.

Don’t know if Melissa is the one who gave me the food, however refer to the heavyset white Spanish lady with black hair who was on the headset taking oders she was rude, nasty and the way she spoke was very rushed. Also, to make matter worse there was a baby roach mix in the rice and beans!!!!

It’s 7:36PM on a Tuesday and all you have is salsa and cilantro sauce. Unfortunately, this is not the first time, hence my disappointment and negative review. Pónganse serios. And to whoever copies and paste a response on behalf of Pollo Tropical, don’t waste your time and focus on your people and services you’re providing (or not).

Went thru the drive-thru which I’m normally not a fan of but this one was so efficient than here I’m recommending than as they had it all down pack. From their greeting over the Mic to my food and extra sauces I’d ask them for. Great visit and will stop again there!!

I would like to congratulate the Managerial staff starting with Nelson, William,Tracey,and Jessica.These managers have a lot of things to handle on any given day. I want to say this is the best Pollo Tropical by far that I have been to.I am a frequent customer , however I also am very quick to point out things that went wrong or things that need improvement.I especially know that this management team “listens” and actually corrects problems on the spot So,Thankyou for being attentive.I am proud to call this Polo Tropical my favorite place to eat .Keep up the great work and all their staff is amazing as well

I just got out of the Pollo Tropical store in Hialeah and the service was great. William (The Manager) and his staff. Were absolutely awesome. The service was Top notch. I would recommend this store hands down to everyone. Great place to eat. If you want a whole chicken with great flavor come here. And at a great price. That was the best service I’ve ever had in my life.
