The drive through person has a serious attitude.
We purchase our meals and the fries we cold. We returned to ask that the fries be cooked to order.
When she returned with the order her attitude stinker and there was no apology or anything concerning the cold fries.
Although she did redo the order the ALTITUDE STINKS!!!

Went to the Zaxbys on Macon first, but it was absolutely filthy so we left.
We decided to try this location because my husband REALLY wanted to try Zaxbys while we were out here in Georgia. This location was MUCH better. It was clean, no weird/gross smells, friendly service, and the food is DELICIOUS. I am glad we decided to give Zaxbys a second chance instead of just going by how bad the first location was.

The service was great but the food was well not food at all I had order a Cobb salad w/ ranch and 2 5ps tenders meal. 1.the dressing was expired and mess the whole salad up 2. Tenders was small and the dry fries was very old and the slaw was dry also no taste. Now for $11 I should have had better food and tender sizes. Then know body at zaxby wanted to answer the phone

First stopped at the Zaxby’s on Macon St by the the department stores. Their service was non existent so we left and came to this location. They were quick fast and 100% correct and fresh. Highly recommend this location

This is literally one of the worst, if not the worst zaxby’s in town. The first time i go to get loaded fries i don’t even get that I get a completely different meal than what i paid for and ordered . I dare go back a week later and order some with extra sauce and get the driest fries in history …at this point. Maybe i’m crazy but this don’t look like extra sauce if anything it’s less sauce than the normal

Zaxby have good food when it’s make right Everytime I come in it’s ALWAYS something wrong with my order. I asked for no season on my fries. But clearly they put it on there anyway. Order accuracy needs to be addressed.
