The food and service were great! Damon was our server and he was amazing. The manager Matt came by to check on us which was really nice. My wife asked for steak instead of chicken on her tortellini Alfredo and they made the substitution with no issues. I have a gluten allergy, so they made everything fresh and with gluten in mind.

Had the spaghetti with original sauce and Italian sausage added. It was great! Highly recommend it. Family and I came in after a long day at Wild Adventures, and they put us at the family table. Plenty of room and service was great.

Apparently, I was told in so many words that if you order it in the morning here, you’ll get watered down, crunchy kale, barely any flavor soup….. SO, if ya like me & like a little flavor and grease…order in the evening! I’m just so disappointed that I wasn’t told prior to buying it.
Let me tell y’all… Those breadsticks at PENSACOLA OG are to die for!! No, Lie!! Y’all are missing out!! It’s even better when you order them and do the option to bake at your house!! That’s over there, though!
I guess I should have looked in the bag before I left. But I believe that we shouldn’t have to check for everything that they should put in there,
Oh, I called and believe they put me on hold in hope I get tired of waiting… Seemed like the same person answered. after putting me on hold and I had to explain everything again…. I waited….
I called to see if they would replace it, but apparently its supposed to be like that. They don’t even try to make it right here!
I was going to take it back to them if they would exchanged it. Also, others thought it was undercooked, and well, we expected to eat it then and not let it sit. Trashcan everything went! what a waste of Money!!
I should have done a video of the soup before I tossed it.

I’ll admit there wasn’t a wait but now I see why. My boyfriend and I came here for the first time when choosing a different diner for date night and as soon as we walked in.. rude stares greeted us. We were sat and needed a couple minutes to look over the menu and the waitress was very clearly rushing us. I asked her specifically if their sweet tea was good because this is SOUTH GA!!! It was not. We finally ordered and expected “never ending breadsticks”.. we got one basket the entire meal and I had to request from another server before leaving if we could get some Togo.. we were only given 3. Our food took over 45 minutes before it was brought out and the salad was watery. Being pregnant.. and getting our food, I could tell something wasn’t right about the smell of my basic spaghetti and meatballs. It smelt and tasted like dirty toilet water. I didn’t want to be a pain and complain after already complaining about our drinks so I nibbled in regrets to feeding that to my unborn child. Needless to say.. we won’t be back.

Appreciation post for an amazing visit is long overdue. We decided Olive Garden as a nice family restaurant to celebrate post Lion King theater production. The host professionalism and positive engagement was incredible. Our initial wait for a Sunday evening was fine. The best part of visit had to be our server Matthew R. He exceeded expectations and shared similar appreciation for live theater. Only disappointment was the small portion size of shrimp alfredo and herb grilled salmon. The flavor and freshness of food was delicious. Thanks again and look forward to returning again.

I just want to stop and say that they were SO busy tonight on 12/9/2023 around 8pm I THINK is when we got there… anywho they sat us immediately and we got the best waitress ever, named Michelle. She was so good. She was sweet and happy, she was quick and efficient she didn’t leave us hanging a single time. She was ON TOP of our stuff. We thanked her in person and told the very kind middle aged black woman (a manager ) who was also very attentive and on top of ensuring the entire dining room was happy and content. However, I just wanted to come here as well and say you all are blessed to have Michelle and she definitely made our FIRST EVER experience at Olive Garden (my husband has been but not me or my two boys) INCREDIBLE. Thank you Michelle, thank you to the managers there and thank you Olive Garden. Merry Christmas and I’m excited to go back. Oh and trust me, Olive Garden is WORTH EVERY PENNY – great service, food and unlimited bread and soup or salad with every entree?!!!

The salad and service was very good. I was present for lunch and opted for the salad and soup.The zuppa soup was lacking in taste. It seemed as if the recipe had changed bc it wasn’t flavorful and my bowl lacked enogh content. Alan provided very good service and we couldn’t ask for anyone more courteous and professional than him. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the bathroom was clean.

Dinner date with my dad. We had a good experience. The restaurant was nice and clean. Food came out in a decent amount of time. The wait was not long. The gnocchi soup was flavorful. The drinks were just right, and Sunshine was amazing.
