I love this franchise. The chicken is delicious and the servings are very well proportioned. I just wish they would not make such a big deal about getting an extra little cup of sauce. For every 2 pieces of chicken they should allow one cup of sauce and not make you pay a whopping 25 cents for an extra sauce. So my suggestion is one serving of special sauce for every two pieces of chicken.Or make the sauce one and one half times more than what it is now. Don’t make such a big deal over one little cup of sauce.

My family & I love Canes but for the past few months the food in terms of the size of the chicken has been very small, extremely crunchy & hard. The taste of the fries are either hard or soggy. I stopped going to this location for a while and returned recently to find out that foods are still the same. For the cost of take out today I would expect better.

It’s only chicken but it is always hot and it is the best! Every time I go there the employees are more than nice they check and double-check to make sure everything is perfect.

Pleasant drive-thru experience, little bit of a wait though. I suppose, given its location but it was moving. Right off the highway, just about a block inland. Perfectly situated for a quick stop, while easily accessible to hop on and/or off the intestate whether you’re traveling north or south. Much appreciated feature for travelers. Pleasant staff, our order tasted freshly prepared and of course, loved the flavor and crunch that one can expect from Raising Cane’s. The green lemonade for St. Patrick’s Day is a nice touch.

Creme de la creme food, waitstaff, and restaurant/bathroom cleanliness. Their secret sauce is the freezing their chicken. While I don’t know how they pull that off with logistics, it is produces a HUGE uptick in flavor. Big, big, big time !!!

This is so well deserved. They are so uptight with their sauce. Im not paying extra just so i can eat the food that i paid for. Having a reasonable amount of dipping sauce is not a big ask. I wasn’t tbe only one you pissed off. If you want to prevent this. Give the sauce you normally do. If someone asks for 1 extra you give it to them. Nobody is trying to steal your sauce when tbey want just 1 extra of your unpackaged sauce.

Raising Cane’s is a favourite, so we go whenever we find one in our travels. The drive thru here was so busy the night we went, staff were outside walking up to the cars to take orders, so we opted to go inside the restaurant. The chicken tender combo meals (which includes self serve refillable fountain drinks) were good, but the fries were not done extra crispy as we’d requested. The garlic toast wasn’t too toasty, as maybe it’d been sitting a while? Tenders were great, as always. They’ve got a delicious coating and a unique, tangy, mayonnaise based dipping sauce. We do love Raising Cane’s chicken tenders, so recommend you try them if you’re a tender lover.

They regularly under cook the chicken. Even after ordering it extra crispy the chicken comes out mush with the batter falling off. This is my last trip to this restaurant because the cook, Toni, was yelling from the kitchen and arguing with the cashier, server, and myself over the order. The fries were the best part of this meal. Threw chicken in trash where it belonged. This chain has gone downhill so much from where it began.

Visited their drive thru
Seating available inside
Plenty of parking in their lot
Friendly staff made quick work of drive thru lane
Lemonade was green for St. Patrick’s Day
Sandwich combo, kids meal, and 3 finger combo cost $29.35
Everything tasted great and I adore their Cane sauce!

Fries and bread were great, but it’s all about the chicken. The chicken crust was crispy and meat, tender. The sauce was excellent. The chicken alone, however, is a bit bland. I would prefer some spice/taste to it so the sauce would be a plus and not a necessity.
