If you need a quick snack or a meal, this is a great place. Served faster. Friendly staff.
This is not good quality, and it feels dishonest to serve food in that condition. I live far from this location, so going back to fix the issue is not easy for me. I bought this meal for my kids, and now I have to find something else to give them because what I was served was inedible.
Very disappointed with the quality and service. This should never have left the kitchen like that.
When I received my tray, it had two yellow rice sides and beans, and I noticed I was charged an additional $0.75. I politely explained that I did not order extra rice and did not want beans. Since the employee taking my order appeared tired and overwhelmed, I tried to be understanding and simply asked them to remove the extra items and change my water to iced tea instead.
At that point, the woman in the red shirt approached and told me not to tell her workers what to do. The interaction became unnecessarily tense. I decided to just correct the order and request the $0.75 refund. She stated the entire order had to be refunded and replaced, took my receipt in an unpleasant manner, and processed it while visibly upset.
This situation could have been handled calmly and professionally. I was respectful throughout the interaction and simply wanted my order corrected. Customer service and tone matter just as much as the food.
When I returned on my next visit and ordered the same item, the order was incorrect again. I went through the drive-thru to have the mistake corrected, but the employee assisting me was very rude and made me feel as though the error was my fault. It felt like I was being treated as difficult simply for asking them to fix a mistake with my order.
I hope management can address this issue so future customers have a better experience.
Update: I just got home and the order is still wrong. I asked for extra crispy chicken and got extra grilled.
