Employees at this location are always friendly with me, the drive through line moves quickly, and my order is always correct. I frequent in the evenings around 11-1am maybe a few times a month since it’s opened, and despite it being a later time the potatoes are always fresh, which other locations fail at in my experience and are my favorite menu item. Also yayyy quesaritos are back (you should add potatoes, of course)

Will be steering clear of this Taco Bell from now on. By far the nastiest woman who I can only assume is the manager. Forgot several items from my order and then accused me of “stealing items.” Disrespecting her very young staff in front of a restaurant full of people; when I looked at her in utter DISBELIEF of what was happening she said “you like staring?” I hope the franchise owner fires this woman immediately.

We recently had a TERRIBLE experience with the Taco Bell on upper Glen street, so I was hesitant to order again. This Taco Bell was amazing! We had a customized order and everything was correct. Food was delicious and the service was great! Keep on doing a great job!

Forgot items for order that took 45 mins to prepare. Nachos tasted like they dropped plastic in the fryer. Overall service very poor. The food quality (even for Taco Bell expectations) was barely edible.

Y’all need to reevaluate priorities. Drive thru has priority, I assume it’s a numbers game, inside should be next within reason. I made an inside order for a single box and waited 40 minutes. Doordash is a HUGE issue and set back that the team clearly can’t handle. The team also has no urgency, there’s no hussle, just like they have all the time in the world. The employees were also eating while preparing food!

Most horrible service ever… I mean ever. Sat there for 45 mins and they kept saying next order. In total it was 55 mins. They kept doing drive through orders and non inside. I worked at a TB for 2 years. They where bumping the orders to make S.O.S. times .
And one of the women used her gloves to pick up a pile of trash and dropped food than go right back to making tacos.

every single time i come here i wait over an hour. EVERY TIME! and then when i finally do get my order its usually wrong and it’s an absolute disaster. you can clearly tell they just threw the stuff together without caring what the food is like for the customer at ALL. always a waste of money, and tonight is a waste of another $98. there has been a lobby full of people for 75 minutes now, it’s absolutely insane that they can even run an establishment like this. let me clarify i am a fast food worker as well and i couldn’t even FATHOM letting my numbers get this high or making my customers wait this long! i simply cant believe it! definitely the last time i will ever be coming here!

Picked up a DoorDash order today and had an awful interaction with the general manager. She told me to pull around “because of a timer.” When I asked about the wait time, she responded in a condescending tone and said, “I’m the general manager, I know these things,” like I was bothering her for asking a basic question.
I calmly told her not to speak to me like that and that I understood people have bad days, but the attitude wasn’t necessary. Right after that, a timer went off, she slammed the window/door, told me to “just stay there,” and walked away without any explanation. Completely unprofessional.
On the positive side, the male employee on shift was friendly and respectful. We were joking around and he handled things well. Unfortunately, the manager’s behavior makes it obvious why this location has such a poor reputation.

I can’t rate the food as I’ve sitting here for 45 mins after ordering and still haven’t received my food. People who ordered after me have gotten their food and some people before me have not. For some reason they are really concerned about the drive thru while 7 of us who have been forever in the lobby are waiting on our orders.

Absolutely disappointed my entire order was incorrect, and I didn’t even receive what the item is supposed to originally come with(by the way, I ordered the Cantina chicken bowl) along with adding extra and add-ons. I didn’t receive those either. I ordered through Uber And when I called the store, the manager was so rude.! She actually hung up on me and told me to deal with it through Uber (Mind you Uber only wanted to give back $4 dollars, on a $16 item because you’re talking to an automated system and they didn’t understand how extremely wrong the order was) waiting for a response from Uber to explain that the original items that are included in the Cantina bowl weren’t even in there. For example no rice (or extra that I paid for )no pico de gallo, no cheese, no black beans, no steak, no onions, no avocado sauce. I literally paid $16 for cabbage, lettuce, guacamole, and one teeny square piece of chicken. Not only was the Cantina chicken bowl incorrect but we ordered Nachos and cheese and And it was the most pathetic portion ever for the price
