Why is it so hard to get breakfast in the morning? I moved here a couple months ago, and I can never seem to get food before work. Google says this McDonald’s is open 24/7, so I showed up at 3:50 a.m. and sat there for four minutes before someone finally told me, “We don’t open until 4.” That’s fine — but then update the hours so people don’t waste their time.
The next day I came back at 4 a.m. and sat there again with no response. I said “hello,” nothing. I parked and tried to go inside (locked), and I could literally see an employee behind the counter. If it doesn’t open at 4, just say that. It takes two seconds to get on the mic and tell people the actual opening time.
Another time I came around 4:30. There were three cars ahead of me, all waiting. After a while, every single one of them just left because no one was answering. And again — you could see employees inside.
Then today, I show up at 4 a.m., wait, get ignored, park, try the door (locked), and I can literally see an employee walking out of the bathroom. Why can’t someone just say, “We don’t open until _”? Instead, it feels like they just don’t want to deal with customers that early. But this is the shift they chose.
People who work early mornings or overnight just want to grab something to eat after/before work. But we can’t, because no one wants to communicate or do the bare minimum. There are no hours posted on the doors, Google says 24/7, one employee says 4 a.m., and others clearly open whenever they feel like it.
Please fix whatever is going on so people stop wasting their time.
There’s clearly a reason why every morning, everywhere I go, people only seem to have Dunkin’ in their hands. When Dunkin’ says they open at 4 a.m., they actually open at 4 a.m. They stick to their hours, and it shows. The correct opening time is posted everywhere — on the doors, on the speaker, on Google, and even the employees themselves told me it opens at 4 a.m. when I came a little early the other day. Clear, consistent, communication, and correct information is all we’re asking for .

Friday May 3, 2024, I received bad customer service from a male employee. It was a stare down for him to give me a salutation. He didn’t say thank you. He didn’t tell me the prices of an item. In fact he didn’t know the prices. He told me, ” about 2 something, and about 3 something. I didn’t know the actual price until I got my receipt. The dining area could have been cleaner. After completing a negative rating on their survey, I redeemed my survey reward, and a different employee exuded excellent customer service. If he was the first employee I encountered, they never would have received a bad review. Thankfully, The food was good both times.

Just left there at 9:45 pm on 03/07/2026. I waited at the register to order as the workers kept on passing me by for at least 5-10 mins, I finally asked was someone going to take my order and I was told to use the kiosk because no one there can help me… The workers all seem to be 16 year olds all playing and running around behind the counter. Lobby had about 10 ppl all waiting and complaining. I had to leave because I had cash and couldn’t use the kiosk and I take it as a blessing cause lord knows I would still be there waiting probably my a hour later with those kids playing behind the counter. Inspectors might want to go there on a Friday and bring a big notebook for the violations.

I just started door dashing.
The lobby was locked so I went to the speaker box of the drive thru.
I said, “I am here for a doordash pick up. Is drive thru fine?”
The woman on the other end answered, “You gotta….okay, drive on up.”
I get to the window after waiting in a lengthy drive thru line just for this Little Miss Piggy looking thing with glasses to tell me I have to pick it up at their particular window.
I said, “You let me wait this whole time in this drive thru…”
Miss Piggy, “Well, it’s your fault.”
She failed to mention the lobby was now opened so..
I go to particular window and ring bell.
Just to hear, who I believe was the manager, on the other side talking smack, instead of I don’t know, letting me know the lobby was now opened.
Miss Piggy failed to mention that they unlocked the lobby while I was waiting in drive thru. So they let me sit there ringing the bell for a minute until I tried the door, myself.
I guess no one thought to let me know the lobby was now opened as I’m ringing their window bell that I was just directed to, without being notified that they already opened the lobby.
The food wasn’t prepared even by the time all that happened. I’m pretty sure it wasn’t prepared correctly.
I didn’t see one person handling food wearing gloves. The place just opened and it already looked filthy.

Why is their customer service so horrible ? If you don’t like your job, find some where else to work. I was the only person in line, waiting while staff looked at me and just ignored me. One was too busy texting on her phone. I literally had to ask the manager if I could please place an order. She said, I’ll get to you. I waited so long the app exclusive deal i had selected became invalid. I remember when McDonald’s used to take pride in their service.

Drive thru line was so long!!! so we went in and it took 25 mins to get our food and they forgot a cheeseburger, employees were more interested in chit chatting than actually working wish I could rate lower than one star.

Went there today about 6:31pm not only did they charge me twice for one meal that I ordered then when I pull up to the window to grab my food, there are two girls eating food, licking their fingers and bagging food at the same time. I snapped the picture for corporate And that’s when they decide to come address me after I’ve been complaining at the window that they need to wash their hands and not eat out in foh she came to me so aggressively to demand that I erase the picture.nope not erasing it it’s going to corporate She got really aggressive told me she was calling her manager. Yes honey please call your manager and tell her you’re eating while bagging customers food. And not washing your hands or wearing gloves. so I would like a general manager or somebody who can put their employees in order to contact me cause this is unacceptable. No uniforms everyone on their phones earbuds in their ears eating in a food prep area licking fingers not washing hands and bagging food with no gloves and spit covered fingers. What happened to serve safe why Are they eating food, licking their fingers And bagging food for customers with no gloves and their spit on their fingers it’s flu season it’s Covid season. It’s absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.

Mobile ordered here 3 times and I have always had items missing. I probably should’ve learned after the second try. Drive thru is always long and it just doesn’t seem to run efficiently.

Never go into this McDonalds. I never leave reviews ever but I walked in yesterday and saw a homeless man SHOOTING UP in a booth in front of staff and they did nothing. He must have left because when I drove around he was asking for money. The man in front of me in line couldn’t figure out his card information and took so long that we just left. Absolutely insane.

Don’t be fooled! They advertise being open 24 hours…show 24 hours on their app…but they are NOT. They’ll shut down for HOURS random early mornings…telling you to just wait for the order to expire and a refund will be processed. Awful. Degenerate, lazy employees combined with scummy franchise owners who can’t be honest about what they offer.
