A couple times now I’ve ordered online using coupons or online specials only to show up to pick my order up and find that they crew has given me an even better deal! Who does that?? Clearly they care more about service than grabbing every dollar possible.
They always get the order right, and the pizza is classic Papa John’s deliciousness.

So starting Friday, December 16 through Christmas Eve and maybe Christmas Day I am going to be at this particular location delivering pizzas with my two children me dressed up as Santa and my two kids as my elves if you want to make plans to take pictures of for us to deliver for you from this particular location, feel free to send me a message directly so we can make arrangements. I’ll be working through the DoorDash so you’ll have to order online or we can make arrangements if you contact me directly. I’ll personally deliver the pizza to your location in this local area Crown point no purchase necessary but tips are welcome.

Place an order at 5:40 p.m. when I checked the status of the order close to the estimated delivery time, it said the order had been canceled. I called the store. The manager said it had not been canceled that it was just a mix-up with the doordash drivers. Then I waited 30 more minutes, no pizza. I called the store again. I asked him if he could contact the driver and get an update. He said he would do that and call me back. He never called me back then another 30 minutes goes by. I talked to customer service at corporate level. Then I call the store again and he says that there is a doordash driver waiting for the order but it’s not ready yet. I asked him is the order even in the oven yet and he says no. We have to make it 2 hours. No food, no apology. No phone call back. Worst service ever.

As a former franchisee, I recognize what old dough looks like after being cooked. This is the second time I’ve tried this location and both times, the dough will not rise because of the age and temperature of the dough. It has been left out too long and is past its expiration date. This is why they only have 3.2 stars. What happened to having 4 or 5 stars to meet Papa John’s quality? The quality in this store has tanked. Domino’s is looking better everyday.

It’s no frills. Perfect for when you have a hankering for decent pizza at a good price and don’t want to leave the house. Been getting pizza from here for a long time. Can’t say we’ve ever had a bad pizza and the delivery is always reliable. Good folks. Good Eats.

I put in an online order for 6 pizzas to be delivered at a specific time for a Christmas party I was having. I chose Papa Johns because they had the best online deals out of the pizza places in Crown Point. The pizza arrived hot & on time and was absolutely delicious. Everyone loved it. The epic stuffed crust was so good! Out of 6 pizzas, there were only a few pieces left at the end of the day. The next day, however, the pizza was really hard and dry.
