If the service from the bartender wasn’t fabulous, this review would be a 1
I will also consider I came the day after the Super Bowl.
I went to order take out, nobody was at the take out counter and I stood there for 7 minutes waiting. I went to the bar to order since nobody came. The bartender was great and friendly and accommodating.
I order 12 wings, a kids meal and a buffalo chicken ranch wrap.
The Buffalo wrap was supposed to be mild spice level, but it was very spicy.
The fries for the meals were burnt and hard as a rock, not edible.
The wings were two flavors, lemon pepper buffalo and honey mustard. The honey mustard were barely there and the Buffalo lemon pepper was supposed to be medium spice, I can handle medium, these were much hotter than medium, I would say the mild wrap was medium. The biggest issue is the wings were super dry, way over cooked, just like the fries. So the wings and fries were not edible.. a waste of food unfortunately. The carrots and celery were good! .

Good for sports fans. Many of the dozens of TVs are tuned to something. On Football Sundays they usually have almost every live game. Food is mediocre. I’ve had both good and bad things come out of the kitchen. Many good national brand beer options. The staff is 99% awsome. Most of the servers are hustling and working what seems like too large of an area. But maybe that works out for them (?). Tip them well please. Extra thanks to the corporate people for trying to do something for Veteran’s Day. It is appreciated. Picture says the rest.

Me and my husband visited this location on 2/23/2025 we were absolutely starving after a long day of tests so we decided to pop into BWW. Upon arriving there was hardly any cars in the parking lot which was a good thing for us because we knew they weren’t that busy and assumed we would get pretty quick service. We walk in they had a sign up to seat yourself so we did. There were about maybe 20 people in the restaurant total and there was a manager and 5 staff member standing around one of the tables up front just talking . After about 10 minutes of waiting a waitress finally came up and got our drink order and said another member would be with us shortly ok. Cool no problem. We waited an additional 15 min with no service and staff just standing around talking and noticed a party of 6 that has came in after us was already being waited on and orders being taken. Needless to say we immediately left after receiving no service other then drinks!

The food was mediocre, it tasted like i was pushing prison cafeteria food down my throat. the wings were luke warm and smelled like burnt rubber. the fries were room temperature with absolutely no ranch. (which was requested) and the chicken wrap had soggy sad tomatoes inside that were almost rotten. this was my first time dining at buffalo wild wings and definitely will be my last. i asked for my said ranch cup then proceeded to wait 26 minutes (i timed it on my phone after about 10 mins of waiting). and the waitresses had no care or intentions of helping. we had to ask a separate waitress walking by just to get a reply. worst dining experience ever. if i could rate negative stars i happily would. And they gave us a whopping 2 napkins (1 per person) for the entire dinner. Edit, when we did receive the ranch i came to notice a small black hair in it. me and my boyfriend have no black hair on our bodies so that especially made us finished with our over priced meal. didn’t even enjoy it just to pay 37.40$

A decent American place that has a sporty Sunday vibe to it. I recommend the Beef Patty melt and beer battered Onion rings! Might be a lil noisy but it’s a good place to meet new people if u want or just eat with ur group.

me and my husband went last night and got sat with Jeffrey! They are the greatest server i’ve ever had 🙂 If you dine in, ask to sit with Jeffrey. They made sure we were always okay, and they have the sweetest personality! Give them a bonus!!!!

Ordered food to go. Good thing I checked before leaving the parking lot. Kids grilled cheese was mistakenly filled with Kids grilled chicken. Service was slow to respond to patrons waiting to pick up to go food. All that aside, the food was seriously disappointing. Nachos tasted like the chicken was out of a can. You know when you can taste that “metal” like flavor. My chicken salad came with a very small side container of dressing, lettuce was the cheap bottom pieces, and legit my croutons were stale (suspect old). Definitely NOT eating here again. Super disappointed.

Smallest, dryest wings I’ve ever had. They also forgot to add the 2 bottles of sauce I bought in the mobile order. The manager was great, and refunded them when I called, but the lady that answered the phone seemed lost, and confused at every statement I made.
In the second photo, I literally gave up on eating these tiny chicken jerky wings, and cooked some freezer wings I had. On the right, is BWW. On the left, is a much meatier, MUCH less expensive brand sold in the grocery store. I will never eat at BWW again.
