If everyone in the world were as nice and kind as the people working at Chick-fil-A, we would have world peace.
I’ve visited the Chick-fil-A in Arnold, Missouri, many times, and it continues to impress me. Even during the busiest lunch rush, the drive-thru moves with impressive efficiency. The staff is consistently friendly, upbeat, and genuinely helpful—exactly the kind of service Chick-fil-A is known for, but this location takes it to another level.
A team member named Mathew went out of his way to call me by my first name. He noticed that I used the restroom shortly after enjoying my delicious meal, took the opportunity to ask my son what my name was, and remembered it for our next visit. That’s very impressive, considering how many customers he serves each day!
Definitely the best fast-food stop in the area. Oh, and the chicken is great too!

This location is absolutely phenomenal. They had a drive-through line wrapped around the building, and I still got my food in less than 10 minutes. Plus, even with how busy they were, all the workers were very polite. 10/10 experience!

Received attitude from the blonde manager girl when I simply asked which lemonade I bought was diet and which one wasn’t. It was the new dragonfruit ones and from looking at it, they both looked identical and didn’t have any markings. Not trying to be that person but I’ve never had an issue with this Chick Fil A giving bad service and a simple answer without rudeness would’ve been appreciated. Hopefully she sees this as a reminder to treat people with kindness!

Save yourself the time and just go to a different location. I’ve had cold and incorrect food too often to come back. I hate wasting time and money and not getting anything for it.
Sure, I appreciate the “partial” refund I got when they gave me the wrong persons sandwich. But after I had to drive all the way back up there and get someone’s attention to help with my issue, the fries I still got charged for were sitting back at home cold and went right in the trash.
Looked like they were too busy standing in a circle talking and socializing to do their job. Someone else walked in directly ahead of me saying they were missing a shake. And obviously the person whose sandwhich I got also has an issue.
Seriously just go to the one by soco mall or anywhere else.

2/21/2026 Arrive at 9:15 for a doordash. Lobby is closed to dashers. It says on the app to go in lobby. They make me wait through an armada of cars then get rude with me on the intercom. One girl is mopping the lobby, everyone else is talking about how awful the customers were today. (Overheard in drive thru) They make the new girl bring it out to me. 20 minutes for 1 dash that would have taken 1 minute if the lobby is open. POOR MANAGEMENT WORST CHIC FIL A IN THE AREA BY FAR

I usually don’t leave reviews unless it is exceptional or absolutely horrible. We went in about 9:45 in the morning and were immediately greeted by Mathew. He was professional, courteous, funny, and seemed to really enjoy his job. The service and food were absolutely exceptional. It was the BEST Chick fil a food I have ever had. It is rare to find a restaurant, let alone a fast food restaurant, that is located on a busy street with great service and food! Keep up the great work Mathew!!! You’re doing great!! Give him a raise!!

We went to the Chick-fil-A at 1 Arnold Mall, Arnold, MO.
The chicken sandwich is the best. I’d highly recommend to order it. The side salads are also a good choice.
This location seems particularly busy during lunch time, especially the double lane drive through. We have several times decided against stopping there after seeing the overcrowded drive through and parking lot.
One note – There are only two handicap parking spaces which seems to be too few since both have been occupied every time we have been there. In addition, the handicap parking is extremely poorly located. You have to cross the double lane drive through to reach the entrance door. There are always cars in the drive through blocking the handicap and pedestrian walkway to the entrance door so you have to weave between cars to get there.

The Chick-fil-A in Arnold, it is very nice and clean. There’s always best service. Plus you get your order out in a timely manner. It’s kind of tricky maneuvering in the parking lot but that’s just the way it was built.
