I’m pretty disappointed with my experience today. When I opened my bag, the waffle fries were barely halfway full. For the price being charged, that’s just not acceptable.
I expect consistency and value when I order from Chick-fil-A, and this missed the mark. It may seem small, but when you’re paying full price, you should receive a full portion — not something that looks shorted.
Hopefully this location pays closer attention to portion sizes moving forward.

I always come to this Chick-fil-A because it is closer to where I live and I usually get the typical “my pleasure” experience but not ever a super friendly person taking my order. Tonight, Kinley asked me about my night and made some nice conversation even though it’s pretty chilly outside and she is standing out taking orders in it- she was so nice and seemed to really care about the customer service she was bringing. Had a really good experience tonight because of her!

Prices have gone up, but quality isn’t the same. Chickfila was our go-to for fast food, but it seems that lately the food isn’t as good. The pictures included are from our latest order. Large fry that is barely halfway full, overcooked fries, and a burnt bun. I don’t mind paying higher prices for quality, but at these prices why are we getting skimped on portions and with items that shouldn’t be served? Please fix this location. Last year we would eat here a few times a month as our weekly treat and now we only eat here if we’re feeling really lazy and need a meal quick.

After a long day of shopping, My family and I stopped at this location to have a late lunch. After inquiring about the fruits that were included in the market salad, I decided to order it. When it arrived at our table, the salad included strawberries, which I’m highly allergic to. When I inquired about this at the time of my order there was no mention of strawberries being included in the salad. Your employee named Jacob was nearby and heard me complaining to my husband and immediately stepped in with the words of “I can help you with that”. He took time away from a task he was already working on and immediately turned what could have been a bad situation into an enjoyable lunch day for my family. If we would have been at another restaurant chain, we would not have received this type of customer service. There are two reasons why we come to Chick-fil-A. One is because we love the food and the other is because of the type of customer service that is involved with this restaurant chain. We understand mistakes happen and Jacob stepped up without hesitation and proved there is still some hope in this world that people can step up and do good. Kudos to this young man. He’s a keeper!

Chick-fil-A is a good place to get chicken nuggets and chicken sandwiches. Their chicken items taste fresh and are nice and warm. They have good French fries to have with meals. The staff seems nice and efficient and prices are reasonable. You can drive through or eat inside.
