ordered a large vanilla shake and it was only filled 3/4 of the way up, i watched through the window and she tried to put a crazy amount of whipped cream to hide it. disappointed, paid for a large and only got the amount of a medium.

Served me raw chicken, some of which I accidentally ate because I was distracted. I ate one snackwrap without even looking because I was rushing. On the second one, I was able to sit down and eat it when I noticed. Had to throw both of my kids chicken away too because I wasn’t risking it. He refunded just the snack wrap. The manager didn’t really seem to care in general and said it never happens so it wasn’t a big deal to him. Meanwhile, I’ll be on the lookout for food poisoning.

Employees running around like chickens with their heads cut off at 1:30pm on a Wednesday. No receipt given. Total waste of time and money as my order was wrong. Wasn’t going to bother them to fix it as it should be straightforward enough the first time. Its just iced coffee….quantity and quality is lacking.

Stop in to get food to take home, get home to open this cheeseburger that looks like it hit the floor. Place is always slow, pulls you forward for the simplest order, and that Brittany girl that’s supposed to be a manager is the biggest joke of a manager ever. I wait at the drivethou after 3 cars go though and say hello…she’s says…I’m busy and I’ll take your order in a minute…girl needs to be fired for many other reasons.

We stopped at mcdonald’s tonight to order the new grandma mcflury’s, We placed an order for 3 total, which was almost twelve dollars. We got to the pickup window and the girl handed them out and we looked at them after we pull it off. And they were a little over half full, which probably totaled 2 full mcflurries. It’s unbelievable that they
think thats is okay, I mean, you can look at them and clearly see they are just over half. Full.

I guess you can only review one time? Anyway went through the drive thru tonight and this is a pic of the frappe that I got, could only drink maybe half of it due to all the ice that never got blended up, must been in such a hurry or just didn’t know what they were doing, train your employees better managers. Pretty sad ya pay almost $5 for a drink that ya can’t finish.
I would have went back and got another one, but didn’t find this out until we were aboit 5 minutes down the road on the way back home and it was 10:38 and I was ready to go home. I bet from now on they’ll get checked before I pull off.

Managers must be just plain dumb to allow so much food to go out wrong mchickens had so much mayo on it then big Mac had sauce and 1 pickle on it. They need to get better people cause its rarely a good experience trying to go there.

Long wait, messed up 2 sandwiches, 1 sandwich missing, fries put in bag upside down. No receipt, there never is when you use kiosk. Didn’t want to sit and wait 25 minutes as all the tables were filthy. I didn’t want to eat here cuz it’s always that bad at night, my family did. Guess they’ll listen to me next time we get to eat out. It definitely won’t be mount orab McDonald’s.

Good, the manager or whoever the guy is that’s a got glasses young guy. I’m saying I have blonde red hair. This guy gave my order to somebody else. And then the guy walks out and he says I’m not gonna make another one for you, dude. It says it was already picked up. The number is already been completed. I said I was standing right here and you gave it to somebody else. This place is terrible with not getting their orders. Correct or handing orders to other people. The food is not good anymore. It’s cold.n They have gone downhill badly. And then when they screw up, everybody doesn’t know what’s going on, they’re confused, but that guy needs to be fired. Because he is really incompetent as an employee

We were in line for breakfast and at the speaker with still time for breakfast and no one answered the speaker till after breakfast had ended by just a minute. It was total bs that they wouldn’t let us have breakfast that we had ordered on the app. We were there before breakfast with plenty of time waiting in line for 20+ minutes.

This place has gone downhill in the last year.

1) I don’t know about morning, but at mid-day and afternoon, all the tables and floor are dirty.

2) No free wifi anymore.

It’s not as bad as the one in Bethel, but heading in that direction.
