Joshua did an excellent job assembling our custom order subway sandwich! We enjoyed our meal which included a fruit based drink from the dispensing machine and the tasty whole grain chips!

We stopped by Christmas Day and they were VERY busy! The woman working was so kind, so attentive to each individual customer and their sandwich, and made the overall experience so much better! Even though everyone had to wait, not one person was upset and everyone left happy because of her! She was working alone but had a smile on her face and was working extremely hard to get everyone’s orders done quickly. Very happy with my experience today!

My family and I stopped by the Stanwood Subway on our way back from camping. This location is clean, ingredients were fresh and service was above and beyond. It felt more like a restaurant than fast food. As we were eating our sandwiches outside on the picnic table, the manager checked in with us that everything was good. I would highly recommend this Subway location!

I just ordered a BLT via Door Dash. The bread was stale, and the ends were so tough I could barely bite through them. The bread was also squashed. I ordered double protein and there was barely enough bacon to cover the sandwich in one layer so I didn’t get the extra protein. I also ordered double cheese and I couldn’t see any so I ended up adding my own. I’ve ordered this from them before and they’ve done it right, so I have to assume they have an employee you just doesn’t read the orders thoroughly or doesn’t care about their performance. This may have been my last order.

Arrive around 5:40pm, app shows our order is ready, but the door is locked. Call the store phone number since we see someone is inside. He claims to have never seen the order and cannot access any of the orders since they’ve closed their system out and does not know who we need to contact for a refund. They decided to close the store early, but never updated the app to prevent orders being placed. Wasted an hour out of my day to pickup and order that showed it was ready and had to speak to someone who didn’t have answers to anything other than point out that there’s a sign on the window they were closing early. Unfortunately the app can’t see your sign Mr. Genius.
Trying to call Subway’s corporate customer service has proven to be as equally worthless. Please consider proper training for your employees.

I came here with my daughter. Spencer was my sandwich artist. He was exactly that! I got a Steak & Cheese and my daughter got a Subway Club. We both enjoyed our meals. I was especially impressed with how Spencer made our sandwiches quickly, but they didn’t look sloppy. Spencer was very friendly, and he gave me and my daughter a delicious time at his restaurant. We will be coming back even though we live closer to another subway.

The owner is so kind, the employees are friendly and I love subway! This location is always clean and ingredients are fresh! My favorite is the veggie sub, they make it to perfection and even make sure I get extra pickles (which all locations aren’t great with) I recommend this location to get your favorite subway sandwich fix!

This Subway location has been consistently good for a while now. Although it is not the closest location for me, it is the best. Pickup orders have been consistently fresh and correct. Keep up the good work!
